Year 11 Prom Friday 26th June 2015

I am pleased to inform you that the Prom for Year 11 students will be held at Holiday Inn, Brentford from 7.30pm to 11.00pm on Friday 26th June 2015. Students are expected to wear smart dress (no polo shirts, jeans or trainers). Tickets will be on sale at lunch time in the school shop and will cost 15.00. (Please make cheques payable to Isleworth & Syon School, making sure that your son/wards name is printed on the reverse.) The ticket price will include snacks and two drinks per student. A photographer will be present on the evening to take official photographs. Photographs will cost 10.00 on the night. To ensure that the evening is enjoyable for everybody, please note the following:

Entry to the Prom is by ticket only. These must be purchased in advance. Students are expected to make their own travel arrangements to and from the event and to leave

the site promptly. Any student with a hairstyle that does not meet our appearance code will not be admitted to the

Prom. The same applies to shaven eyebrows. Any student who has consumed alcohol prior to arrival or who appears to be under the influence

of alcohol or similar will not be admitted to the Prom. The function room is designated non-smoking.

Staff reserve the right to refuse entry to any student (without refund) if necessary or send home any student whose conduct is inappropriate.

The Year 11 Prom is always an excellent evening and a very memorable way to mark the end of compulsory education. I hope that your son will be able to attend the evening as a celebration of his time at Isleworth & Syon and I am sure that he will enjoy the event greatly.
