Pre-MBA Campus Placement Drive 2013

Yagnaum has exponential growth plans in place and is seeking 100 + MBA Freshers to support Yagnaum’s and

our clients intended business operations in the area of Consulting from July/August 2013. Through the

intended placement drive, the intention is to identify the right talent pool at the third semester end and groom

them all through 4th semester to make them job ready by the time they are ready with their degree. The

process steps in the engagement are 1.Selection 2. Training 3.Placement.

Please also note that there is no financial aspect from any party involved in this engagement at any stage.

1. Selection

Upon receiving the list of students with details such as name, specialization, email id & contact number from

the college on an agreed date proposed by the college, a three step selection process will be executed.

Step 1

Personality test (Online Psychometric test)

Business English test (Online test)

Step 2

In 5 working days or less, 20 people from your institute will be shortlisted for the step 2 events.

Report writing

Oral presentation

Step 3

10 performers will be shortlisted for the GD & Interview round to pick promising students from them and will

be recommended for Pre-MBA Management Trainee program - A 200 hour FREE training at our training

division.

Note: Highly promising students will be offered ‘Appointment advice’ letter subject to conditions.

2. Training

The objective of the 200 hour FREE training spread over 6 months is to make these highly promising and bright

MBA students ‘Industry ready’ as soon as they are ready with their MBA Degree - 100 odd students selected

from various educational institution will undergo ‘Industry ready’ training at our premises in parellel with their

MBA 4th Semester curriculum.

The Training program titled Pre-MBA Management Trainee program comprises of

Domain training – Marketing/Finance/HR/Retail/Business Analysis/Retail/E-commerce

Business English training – Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening

Employability skills – Leadership, Motivation, Interpersonal skills, Team skills, Etiquettes, etc.

A thorough periodical evaluation process follows all through the training duration and recorded evidence of

the attendances and performances will be maintained.

3. Final Placements

In the order of priority of best performances, students will be considered to be absorbed by Yagnaum and its

clients within 90 days after MBA final results. Highly promising students will be considered for immediate

placement after 4th semester exams with the best market pay.

We intend to reiterate the following:

o Placements are subject to the performances during and after the training followed by Yagnaum’s and

its clients Interview processes. Selection for training does not mean placement guarantee.

o No financial liability from any party at any stage.

Finally, our whole hearted intention is to place all the 100 students selected for the ‘Industry ready’ training.
