In today's fast changing and competitive business environment, organizations are looking for managers, who can meet the requirements of the customer on a continuing basis, thereby equipped to face the challenges of competition and adapt to the internal and external environment.
Our endeavour is to impart to the students the required knowledge, skills and the right attitude that match with industry requirements. We intend to make them more responsive and adaptive to the changing needs of the business world, reinforcing social commitment in all their activities. We strive to create a learning environment that foster team work, enhance leadership skills and ignite their innovative abilities.
Rapid Changes in the business and technological environment requires professionals with the right blend of attitude, skill, and knowledge. Management institutions today are more challenged to offer innovative programmes and map industry requirements.
At Albertian Institute of Management (AIM), the focus is always on learning rather than teaching. With unique pedagogy and dedicated faculty, we are very much committed to the society in developing young minds to individuals with professional attitude.
I congratulate Dr. George Sleeba and his team for their sincere efforts in transforming AIM to one of the leading Management Education and Training Centres in India.
I wish good luck to the present outgoing batch and I am sure these students will rise to the expectations of the corporate world.

Leading management educational institutions move ahead of time and are successful in quickly identifying the corporate requirements to mould young talents to be employable. The state of art infrastructure, innovative pedagogy, committed faculty and the good practices followed at AIM foster the development of a holistic personality and equip the students to be employ-able in the corporate world.
