EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: Oven, Vacuum former, Mould cast, Release liner (Teflon), Gloves
Set the panel on release liner and place in oven at 200ºC (400ºF) for 3-5minutes. (see Time Grid)
Place the softened panel on mold.
Promptly apply vacuum and close the rubber membrane.
For deep arches, massage out any wrinkles by hand.
After about 1 minute, remove molded insert and trim.
NOTES:
If wrinkles persist, place Poron sheet between panel and mold. XT blankscan be reheated and molded up to three times.
