THE NEED FOR A CABLE TRAY SYSTEM:

As technology advances, so too does the need for effective support systems. Today, plants and buildings are moving more and more towards automation. Requiring complex system of wiring and cable lying. Old methods of cable management become obsolete under these demanding conditions.

MATERIALS AND FINISHES: SRE manufactures three types of cable trays – Ladder Type

– Perforated Type – Solid Bottom Type

All of these are available with a full range of fittings and accessories. FITTINGS Fittings are sections of cable trays which are joined to other cable trays sections for the purpose of changing the direction, elevation or width of the cable run. All fittings are available in sizes and types corresponding to the straight cable tray sections.

Elbows - Horizontal and vertical elbows enable directional and elevation changes, respectively. Horizontal Tee - These join cable tray sections in three directions at 90° angles. Horizontal Cross - Same as ―Tee‖ except in four directions at 90° angles.

Reducers - These join cable trays of different widths

in the same plane.

COVERS Covers act as an additional safeguard, providing shelter

from sunlight dirt accumulation and accidental contact. They also isolate cables from fires and radio frequency

interference.

CONSTRUCTION ACCESSORIES SRE manufactures all construction accessories to enable onsite installation of cable tray systems. These include

splice plate connectors, channels, clamps brackets and

hangers.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Other types of cable trays and fittings can be supplied to

meet specific requirements.

To provide adequate protection against corrosion, three types of protection are offered

– Painted after fabrication – Fabricated from pre-galvanized (GI) sheets – Hot dip galvanized after fabrication

Cable Trays. Perforated cable tray Standard length is 2.5 meter and it is generally fabricated from 3mm to 1.6 mm M.S sheet. The Center Width of the channel may be 50mm to 600mm and the height of the edge is generally kept between 25mm to 75mm.

GI LADDER TYPE CABLE TRAY:

SRE GI Ladder Tray Its shape is like an

ordinary ladder, having two sides and between these two sides, steps are placed. The two sides are un-perforated U channels, called RUNNERS.

Runners’ standard length is 2.5 meter and it is generally fabricated from 2mm or 1.6 mm M.S sheet. The center width of the runner may be 75 mm to 150mm and the height of the edge is generally kept 25 mm.

Painted Ladder Tray:

Ladder Type Cable Tray offer strength and high capacity and thus is well suited to heavy duty power distribution in industrial facilities. These ladder cable trays are well suited to heavy duty power distribution in industrial facilities. Our range is made of mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum etc.

It is designed for use in a screed floor application where the trunking is buried in the screed. Available in 2 or 3 compartments with all accessories including service outlet box , junction

The hooks of the boxes are drawn from 16/18/20 SWG GP sheet by the virtue of which there are more turnings on it as such in spite of maintenance, the problem of screw slipping through the hook may not occur and the aesthetics of the modular plates shall be maintained. Proper earthing terminal is being plugged in all the mounting boxes to complete the box with all safety consideration. Boxes are manufactured suitable for almost all the major electrical accessories manufactured in India.

BUS BAR CHAMBERS

―SRE‖ is the pioneer to come out with these Bus Bar Chambers designed 100% as per the standards prescribed by the electrical board. These Bus Bar Chambers are duly powder coated available in various amp rating. i.e. 16A, 32A, 63A, 100A, 200A,300A & 400A.

These chambers have the Copper Bus Bars of pure Electrolytic Grade, we provide proper Tinning on these Bus Bars and moreover we provide proper identification of the PHASE with Red, Yellow, Blue & Black color Heat Shrinkable Sleeves on these Copper Bus Bars.
