What is SAU-ESL?SAU-ESL is a program at Southern Arkansas

University that prepares students with a low level of English for full participation in the university degree programs.

Conditional Admission Are you interested in studying in the United States, but your English skills are too low? As long as you meet the other academic admission requirements, we can still give you conditional admission for undergraduate study or graduate study. With conditional admission to SAU, you will study English intensively in the SAU-ESL program. When you meet SAU’s English proficiencyrequirement, you will be able to start your degree program at the beginning of the next semester.

3. After we receive everything, we will process your I-20 (the document international students need to apply for a U.S. student visa) and ship it to your home address within two weeks. We can also issue an official letter of conditional admission to an undergraduate/graduate program upon your request.
