Panel Quality Management

Automatic checking new register

RECRUITING METHOD

Quality management is carried on using various techniques by our systemusing AI and human check by internal personnel. Panelist are recruited viainternet affiliate program and online advertising. The recruitment process iscarefully managed to achieve balance among panelist that represent internetusers across Indonesia.

• Only one personal account allowed at Nusaresearch site.

• Basic profile confirmation required ID card (KTP) matching with their civil

registration data.

• Unique mobile phone number and email are required and can’t be exchange

afterwards.

• Suspicious or incomplete information is censored by direct contact through

phone call.

Member status validation

• New members personal information will be reviewed everyday to confirm

validity.

• If members input inappropriate data will be terminated in advance.

• Members are asked to update profile every 6 months.

• Members who do not login or take part in any surveys for 200 days would be

changed status into "Inactive“.

• “Blacklisted” members will be deleted from system after 3 months.

PREVENTING AND MANAGE INVALID REGISTRANT

Survey participation screening

• Fraudulent respondents are identified by TRAP question in our common

survey, unmatched answer with personal data will be eliminated.

• Logic and questionnaire flow will be reviewed based on respondent answer.

• Bad responses, speeders are checked through data cleaning

• Data input verification 30% from collected by call

Incentives exchange

• Members are called directly by call or email to check for ineligibility at

exchange points period every month

• Unreal members will be “Blacklisted”

• Several studies without incentives are also conducted to increase the

respond rate.
