2 – After subscription be done, gateway start publishing
events into NSCL.
3 – SE Metering subscribe events from NSCL from specific
application of the gateway.
4 – After SE Metering subscription be done, NSCL start
publishing events into SE Metering.
5 – SE Metering processes payload and verify if exists
subscriptions. If exists, push the information for subscribers.
6 – SE Metering sends information to SE DataStorage to
storage data in database.
7 –SE DataStorage collects data and stores in database.
8 - The exposed service uses SE DataStorage to getting
data from database and return to the application (history
