For over 30 years, Zakład Usług Technicznych Elstar Sp. z o.o. has been providing our customers with technical services of the highest quality in the field of complex projects. The primary goal of the Management Board as well as our employees is to assure the highest quality of products and services while meeting customers’ de-adlines. This assertion is warranted because of our implemented, applied and certified quality manage-

ment system in compliance with the requirements of standards ISO 9001:2008 and the system of quality in welding in compliance with the standard PN-EN ISO 3834-2:2007.

The headquarters of the company is located in Elblàg, which has a long tradition of being the centre for the technical achievements of Zakłady Mecha-niczne ZAMECH and Politechnika Gdaƒska, which train Elblàg engineers and technicians.

Elblàg is a thriving industrial centre in northern Poland, with convenient logistical infrastructure, i.e.:

CERTIFICATES

Our company has the proven technical background, orga-nization and financial standing that enable us to be Ge-neral Contractors in the project implementation process. Projects are performed by either of our two workshops or the External Installation Division supported by the Design and Engineering Office.

The Workshop No. 1 located in Elblàg at 1G Ogólna Street manufactures specialized parts for machinery, equipment and components for various branches of industry from carbon steel.

The Workshop No. 2 located in Elblàg at 215 Płk. Dàbka Street manufactures equipment and subassemblies of stainless steel and acid resistant steel. It has its own sto-rage and containment units, so all pieces of equipment are properly stored and shipped in top conditions for our customer.

The External Installation Division, along with our profes-sional workshops and storage facilities, executes various projects, including:

construction of processing plants

assembly of technological installations

assembly of machines and equipment, including heavy and/or large units

relocation of technological lines, machines and equipment

service and out-of-warranty repairs

We have extensive experience in the area of hazardous explo-sive atmosphere (ATEX).

Our company delivers services on the basis of:

comprehensive experience and accumulated engine-ering knowledge

authorisation for production, upgrade and overhaul of technological installations and containment tanks, as ve-rified by the Polish Office of Technical Inspection (Urzàd Dozoru Technicznego)

technologies (WPQR) for welding of stainless steel, alloy steel and unalloyed steel with TIG, MIG, MAG, MMA me-thods, as approved by UDT

implemented and maintained systems of quality assu-rance: ISO 9001 and ISO 3834-2

Beginning in 2011–2013, a complete production line was relegated to solely equipment manufacture – an invest-ment which was co-financed with the European Regional Development Fund under the Warmia and Mazury Regional Operational Programme for the years 2007-2013.
