We are talking about Health Care Inequalities and the groups that can be defined as vulnerable. Main focus will be how to address these groups in the Health Care System or – in general – in Health services.

In general, vulenarable is an ill, disabled etc. person

According to the discussion on Health Inequalities, vulnerability is an insufficient availability of resources – economic, cultural, social – determining the access to good medical care and different types of use
