About Design ThinkingThe success of a knowledge business vests on the design and delivery of its services that meet or exceed the expectations of its users and clients. Design Thinking has gained credibility around the world as an alternative way of tackling business issues. It has been used in sectors as diverse as government, large corporate, the social sector, and by start-ups. Design Thinking has been updated by organizations to solve problems, manage change, grow and innovate.

About the WorkshopIn this masterclass, the participants will learn what problems to address through Design Thinking, the foundational elements of Design Thinking, associated tools, planning and implementing a Design Thinking program. There will be 4 sessions of 1.5 hours each.
