Our warm & friendly teachers know ANY bodycan be a “Yoga Body”...

becausethey’ve lived it.

Adri Frick, MA, E-RYT200, RPYTRelax & Renew Trainer, Iyengar-Hatha, Chair/Gentle

Adrienne Vasilev, E-RYT200Integral, Iyengar-Hatha, Chair/Gentle & Vinyasa

After the tech bubble imploded and a car accident damaged her pelvis and spine, Adri spent years trying to complete a

graduate degree and start a new career while unable to perform most load-bearing activities like using stairs,

resulting in pain and weight gain for several years. She was able to use her yoga experience and body awareness to

improve her medical treatment, overcome misdiagnoses, and recover her mobility without surgery.

Adrienne began practicing as a teen to correct serious shoulder problems. Accidentally finding herself in an intermediate class for her first time, she felt awkward,

confused, and a little embarrassed, but still recognized she could finally get her mind to stop bouncing around her "To

Do" list all the time. Ever since, she’s been dedicated to helping people from all walks of life find a yoga

practice to suit their personal needs.
