As one of our super-duper PAs or receptionists you will be a vital
cog in the Moneypenny machine. Not only will you represent
Moneypenny to our clients, you will be representing those
clients too. In return for your commitment, time and energy

The background
John’s client calls. Using some clever
technology, the call is redirected to Sian, who
answers the call in John’s company name.
What happens next?
Depending on John’s instructions, Sian can
deal with the call herself, put the call through to
John or take a message, which is forwarded via
text or email.
Every call captured
John’s Moneypenny PA is Sian. She understands John’s
business, recognises his regular callers and knows how he wants his calls handled.

Sian has access to comprehensive information
about John and his company, (e.g. the office address andnames of key personnel).
Sian uses this informationto handle thecall superbly.
