Make sure your emails are well designed, have a great subject line and personalized. You can use tools like Mailchimp or Klavio.9

You can do that on your carriers website or customer service.Once youre on top of everything - offer free shipping, people love that. You can offer free shipping only if the order total is above a specific amount or if its a premium customer of yours and you want to reward them for their loyalty.10
