Who can help withmental health?Mental health problems are common. In any one year 1 in 4 British adultsexperience at least one diagnosablemental health problem. (ONS 2000)
This Resource List has been developed by the Worcestershire MentalHealth Partnership Trust and Wellness Works to provide you withinformation on the support available in Worcestershire.
Resources come in all shapes and sizes and different approaches suitdifferent people.
Whilst we have listed a number of resources here, if you have anydoubt at all about your mental health, please check with your GP
Wellness Works is part of Living Well, a regional initiative led by West Midlands Regional Assembly. It is funded by Big Lottery and managed locally by Community First. Wellness Works is a unique service for employers promoting positive mental well-being in the workplace across Worcestershire.
