HISTORY OF ESTABLISHMENT

“I don't get it. It's a steak sandwich, and not a particularly good one at that. You're better off going to the Cuban place down the street and getting a Pan con Bistec. I live with walking distance of Woody's and it's not worth it. Stoner Food” - wayman l.

The Steak Sandwich is probably one of the best I had and it was under $5! Gina G.

The best Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich in Miami! - Martin O.

AREAS OF CONCERN

Cleanliness The parking lot was well painted and in good

shape, it only had a little trash in one of the corners, not a major problem, but definitely a must fix

The restrooms were outside, not easily accessible

Needs immediate maintenance and improvement

The fans were full of dust and they lost their white color due to the dust

Page 13: Woody's Restaurant Needs Analysis

AREAS OF CONCERN

Cleanliness The floors and the walls were clean, there

was only one wall were they had cables hanging out, apparently a TV or something like that was removed and its cables were left there.

They have all the condiments and sauces on the tables, which always get dirty after somebody eats. The tips of those bottles were dirty and that tends to bring flies and mosquitoes in.
