    A student with a Grade 3 or higher TOPIK certification or a student who has completed the Korean Language Course at Wonkwang University with a Grade 4 or higher. (Applicants for arts or sports majors may apply without the above mentioned language pro-ficiency requirements, if the departments to which they applied determine that they are able to take classes in Korean.)

    Note : Admitted students who fail to attain TOPIK certification of Grade 4 or higher before graduation will have their graduation date postponed indefinitely. Applicants for arts or sports majors should attain a TOPIK certification of Grade 3 or higher before graduation.

    2) Qualification for Transfer Admission
