I have so much energy when I’m angry,’ says the A-lister, who has lost 2st 7lb in two years. ‘Everyone is allowed to have their day, everyone is allowed to feel bad, but you got to get over it.’ We’ll give it a try! LOST 2ST 5LB Chris’ Hollywood diet Renowned for his bulging biceps as Thor, Chris Hemsworth lost 2st 4lb for his latest role as Owen Chase In The Heart Of The Sea, and reveals just how he did it. ‘At one point, a day’s rations were a boiled egg, a couple of crackers and a celery stick,’ says the actor, who tweeted a picture of himself in the role to shocked fans. It did the trick but not a diet we’d rush to recommend! WOMANMAGAZINE.CO.UK 4 MEL’S BIKINI CONFIDENCE After revealing last year that she has toned down her training regime for a ‘softer’ workout, TV presenter Mel Sykes, 45, faunted her well-toned fgure in a bikini while on holiday in Dubai. ‘I’m not as ripped as I was even six months ago,’ says the busy mum-of-two. ‘And I think I look better for it.’ Going by these pictures, we’d have to agree – Mel looks great. Back on the big screen after three decades as Star Wars’ Princess Leia, Carrie Fisher, 59, reveals she had to lose 2st 5lb to reprise the iconic role. ‘They didn’t want to hire all of me – only about three-quarters!’ the actress admits. ‘Nothing changes, it’s an appearance-driven thing. I’m in a business where the only thing that matters is weight and appearance. That is so messed up. They might as well say get younger, because that’s how easy it is.’ So with the eyes of the world looking at her, how did Carrie lose the extra pounds in time for flming last year? ‘I did it the same way everybody has to – don’t eat and exercise more!’ says The Force Awakens star. ‘There’s no other way to do it. I have a harder time eating properly than I do exercising. It’s easier for me to add an activity than to deny myself something.’ Carrie’s a Force to be reckoned with! She’s still in great shape, but Good Morning Britain anchor Susanna Reid, 45, who lost around a stone taking part in the 2013 series of Strictly Come Dancing, misses her ultra-toned body. ‘Strictly was a lovely thing to have done, magical,’ says the mum-of-three. ‘And I do miss the body all those rehearsals gave me! It was the best shape I’d ever been in.’ Yet the busy star stays trim the same way fellow ITV presenter Lorraine Kelly does – doing Zumba classes. ‘I try to work out with Zumba classes and then the gym once or twice a week too. Zumba’s the closest I get to dancing these days,’ says size-12 Susanna.
