HOW DO YOU MIX THE UV SPEED PRIME PRODUCT?

A: The product is a simple 2 component mix that must be mixed by weight not volume (on scales) and not using a mixing stick.

HOW GOOD IS THE BUILD?

A: Using the one verses 3 pass application process you can easily achieve the same build/film weight as the traditional high build UHS primers.

DO YOU NEED A SPECIAL GUN?

A: The UV primer will work with any gun but we recommend a dedicated gun as the product will be kept in here and only cleaned once a day. We suggest a 1.4 fluid tip on the spray gun to help control the application.

IS THERE ANY PRODUCT WASTAGE?

A: The product can last all day and we encourage that you only mix enough for the morning and then add more product if required as you need it, this way you should have no wastage. This will then enable you to use fresh product the next day.

HOW LONG DOES THE BULB LAST?

A: The bulb is stated to last 500 hours by the manufacture.

WHAT ENERGY DOES THE LAMP USE?

A: The lamp is an 800 Watt power consumption unit. The cost for running this can easily be worked out by looking at your KWP/ hour; as an example a 4 minute cure at a local rate costs between 1-2 pence.
