Wing website.Print, attach receipt, and scan

to PDF as before.

Upload only scanned fuel receipt in to WMIRS as before. ORM and W&B are uploaded

in the e104

Final Notes:

Upload the ORM and W&B to the e104 before calling/meeting with the FRO.

Make sure you and the FRO are talking about the same Mission Number and the same Sortie Number.

Make sure you have a valid flight release from the FRO before you depart and you hear the words, “You are released”. Note the FRO’s name, CAPID, date & time of release.

Make sure the aircraft meets all airworthiness equipment requirement (Use Airworthy/Safety Go-No Go Checklist and Airworthiness Decision Flowchart).

Make sure aircraft can pass a Form 71 Aircraft Inspection (one should be done) prior to departing for a mission base including correct tire pressures.

Make sure you close out the sortie and upload the fuel receipt in a timely fashion when the sortie is completed.
