Version control last updated version February 22, 2018 Introduction Wizzle Global N.V. will provide the possibility to make a contribution into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle Global N.V. and the acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens ( hereinafter also referred to as ‘WZI’) via the website of wizzle.io. In order to provide this possibility Wizzle Global N.V. will issue and sell Wizzle Infinity tokens in several phases. The first phase is the ‘Wizzle Infinity Airdrop phase’. In this phase fifty million (50,000,000) Wizzle Infinity tokens will be given away for free. The second phase is the ‘Wizzle Infinity presale phase’. In this phase fifteen hundred million (1500,000,000) Wizzle Infinity tokens will be sold. The third phase is the ‘Wizzle Infinity ICO phase’. In the overall funding of the project there is a hard cap of EUR thirty million (30,000,000). For more information about the different phases we refer you to article 7, article 8 and article 9 of these terms and conditions and the whitepaper which is available on wizzle.io.

These terms and conditions govern the contribution into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle Global N.V. and the process with relation to the acquirement of the Wizzle Infinity tokens via the website of wizzle.io. Wizzle Global N.V. has its registered office at Korstmos 38, 2914 XB Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel and is registered in the Trade Register of The Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 69370028 (hereinafter also referred to as “Wizzle” or “Wizzle Global N.V.”). The contribution into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle and the acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens will be arranged via wizzle.io. Please read these terms and conditions carefully! Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions contain important information about the acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens and your contribution into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle. These terms and conditions includes information about the amendment and modification of these terms and conditions (Article 23), the limitation of liability (Article 17), a waiver of your right to participate in a class action lawsuit, a class wide arbitration or any other type of representative proceeding or action against Wizzle or any other entity or individual involved with the creation and issuance of the Wizzle Infinity tokens (Article 24). There are substantial risks involved in the contribution into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle Global N.V., including but not limited to the risk of losing your whole contribution amount. By contributing into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle Global N.V. you understand and accept the substantial risks of contributing in early stage blockchain businesses. You should carefully consider the risks with relation to the contribution into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle Global N.V.. In Article 14 a non-exhaustive list of possible risk associated with the contribution into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle Global N.V. is provided. You should carefully consider this risk prior to your contribution into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle Global N.V.. If necessary you should consult a professional lawyer, accountant or tax advisor to adequately asses the risks. You should not contribute into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle Global N.V. if you do not have in-depth knowledge and a full understanding of the functionality, usage, transmission and storage of Blockchain-assets such as cryptographic tokens like Ether (ETH) and Blockchain-based software systems. Warning: refrain from contribution if you do not meet the eligibility criteria as set forth in article 3! You must refrain from contribution into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle Global N.V. and the acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens if you do not meet the eligibility criteria as set forth in article 3. Article 1 General 1.1 These terms and conditions govern the contribution into the smart

contract system for the development of services of Wizzle (hereinafter also referred to as “the contribution”) and the process with relation to the acquirement of the Wizzle Infinity tokens via the website of wizzle.io (hereinafter also referred to as “the acquirement”).

1.2 You can only contribute into the smart contract system for the

development of the services of Wizzle on wizzle.io. You hereby understand and accept that the Wizzle Infinity tokens are only acquirable via wizzle.io and that Wizzle did not authorize any other

website or any other service to issue Wizzle Infinity tokens. Wizzle has no relationship in any form whatsoever with any other website or any other service unless explicitly otherwise stated on wizzle.io.

1.3 If you contribute into the smart contract system for the

development of the services of Wizzle you hereby warrant that you are at least 18 years old or you have parental permission or permission of a legal guardian.

1.4 You hereby declare and acknowledge that you have read and

understood the terms and conditions before contributing into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle.

1.5 If you contribute into the smart contract system for the

development of the services of Wizzle you accept these terms and conditions.

1.6 If you do not agree with these terms and conditions you should

refrain from contributing into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle.

1.7 You hereby declare and agree that you only contribute that

amount which you can afford to lose. 1.8 You hereby declare and acknowledge that you are acting as an

individual and not on behalf of any other entity.

1.9 The information, communication and materials in these terms and

conditions and on wizzle.io does not constitute investment or tax advice.

Article 2 Applicability 2.1 These terms and conditions will be applicable to the contribution

into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle and the process with relation to the acquirement of the Wizzle Infinity tokens via the website of wizzle.io.

2.2 You will be able to access these terms and conditions at any time.

You will be provided with the possibility to store these terms and conditions on an electronic data carrier.

Article 3 Eligibility 3.1 In order to be eligible to contribute into the smart contract system

for the development of the services of Wizzle and the acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens you must comply with all the obligations as set forth in these terms and conditions.

3.2 You are not eligible for the contribution into the smart contract

system for the development of the services of Wizzle and the acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens if you are a citizen or resident of a country or geographical area, whose legislation and regulation prohibits the contribution into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle, the

acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens and the usage and the ownership of Wizzle Infinity tokens or the services of Wizzle in general. You understand and agree that you are fully responsible to determine if you are allowed to make a contribution into the smart contract system according to applicable legislation and regulation as citizen or resident of your country or geographical area.

3.5 You understand and agree that you must not make a contribution

3.6 Wizzle reserves the right to refuse your contribution into the smart

contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle and the acquirement of the Wizzle Infinity tokens at the sole discretion of Wizzle.

Article 4 Wizzle Infinity token 4.1 When you transfer cryptocurrencies or fiat currencies to Wizzle you

understand and agree that you are contributing into a smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle and the acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens. You can consult wizzle.io for more information about the development of the services of Wizzle. The smart contract system is deployed on the Ethereum Blockchain. The Wizzle Infinity token will be based on the ERC20 standard.

4.2 You understand and agree that the Wizzle Infinity token is a bonus

point that can be earned by using the services of Wizzle. You understand and accept that the Wizzle Infinity tokens are only redeemable by using the Wizzle Infinity tokens for the payment of the services of Wizzle or for the services on partner websites of Wizzle. The Wizzle Infinity tokens that are redeemed will be transferred to the country operator where the services are consumed. The Wizzle Infinity tokens may be burnt in exceptional cases . You understand and accept that you will not be able to

use the Wizzle Infinity tokens anymore after the Wizzle Infinity tokens may be burned.

4.3 You understand and agree that the Wizzle Infinity tokens cannot

be converted into EUR (€), USD ($) or any other fiat currency. 4.4 Wizzle reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to increase the

redeemable value of the Wizzle Infinity tokens to continue to stimulate the growth in the adoption of the Wizzle services.

4.5 The information on wizzle.io is of descriptive nature only. The

information on wizzle.io is therefore not binding. The information on wizzle.io does not form an integral part of these terms and conditions unless explicitly otherwise stated on wizzle.io.

4.6 You understand and accept that the Wizzle Infinity tokens cannot

be regarded as securities and shall not be considered as securities or any other financial instrument. You understand and agree that the Wizzle Infinity tokens do not represent a right to claim any equity or equivalent right or any other form of participation or any other ownership right in Wizzle or with regard to the development of the services of Wizzle.

4.7 You understand and accept that the Wizzle Infinity tokens do not

represent influence in any way whatsoever with regard to the governance of Wizzle, the website which is accessible true

www.wizzle.io, the mobile application of Wizzle or any other platforms or services of Wizzle.

4.8 These terms and conditions and the information on wizzle.io do

not form a prospectus of any sort, are not a solicitation for investment and does not in any way pertain to an offering of securities. These terms and conditions and the information on wizzle.io only describes the acquirement of the Wizzle Infinity token and the contribution into smart contract system for developing the services of Wizzle.

4.9 You understand and accept that nothing in these terms and

conditions is intended or shall be deemed, to establish a form of partnership, joint venture or any similar relationship between you and Wizzle or any other entities or individuals involved with the development of the services of Wizzle.

Article 5 Acquirement 5.1 The Wizzle Infinity tokens can only be acquired on wizzle.io. You

can only contribute into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle if you comply with the rules with regard to the contribution and the acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens.

5.2 If you want to contribute into the smart contract system for the

development of the services of Wizzle you have to comply with the procedure with regard to the acquirement of the Wizzle Infinity

tokens. This procedure may consist of, but may not be limited to, a citizenship enquiry and a verification check.

5.3 You hereby expressly declare that you will comply with the

procedure with regard to the contribution into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle and the acquirement of the Wizzle Infinity tokens. If you do not or cannot comply with the procedure you should refrain from contributing into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle and acquiring Wizzle Infinity tokens.

5.4 Your contribution into the smart contract system will be used for

the development of the services of Wizzle. For your contribution into the smart contract system you will receive an amount of Wizzle Infinity tokens that is related to your contribution amount.

5.5 The Wizzle Infinity tokens are available during a limited period of

time. The period(s) in which the Wizzle Infinity tokens are available is (are) set forth in these terms and conditions and is (are) published on wizzle.io.

5.6 You understand and agree that you can only make a contribution

during a specified time period as determined in these terms and conditions and on wizzle.io. You understand and agree that you may lose your whole contribution when you make a contribution outside of the specified time period. Wizzle is not responsible for recovering or returning such a contribution. In addition Wizzle is

Article 6 Verification and citizenship inquiry 6.1 When you contribute into the smart contract system for the

development of the services of Wizzle you agree that you may provide personal data in order to make the contribution, to acquire Wizzle Infinity tokens and to verify your transaction(s).

6.2 The personal data you may provide includes among others:

email;

bank account number;

state of residence;

name and

mobile phone number.

The aforementioned categories of personal data shall be considered as a non-exhaustive list of personal data you may provide in order to contribute into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle and in order to acquire Wizzle Infinity tokens and verify your transaction(s).

6.3 Wizzle reserves the right to request additional information from you in order to determine your identity. In addition Wizzle reserves the right to request additional information from you in order to be compliant with applicable legislation and regulations such as, but not limited to, Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer legislation and regulation.

6.4 You are fully responsible for and you warrant the correctness and completeness of the information that you provide to Wizzle. You hereby acknowledge that the correctness and completeness of the information that you provide to Wizzle is highly important for an optimal performance of the procedure with regard to the contribution into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle and the acquirement of the Wizzle Infinity tokens.

6.5 You hereby agree that you will inform Wizzle about any change in

the information you already provided to Wizzle. 6.6 You understand and agree that Wizzle will report unusual

transactions or suspicious activities voluntarily or as required by law to governmental agencies in order to comply with the applicable regulation and legislation with regard to the prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism.

Article 7 Price and contribution process 7.1 When you contribute into the smart contract system for the

development of the services of Wizzle you agree that the price of Wizzle Infinity tokens will be denominated in EUR (€). The basic price of one (1) Wizzle Infinity token will be initially set to EUR zero point zero one (0,01). The basic price of one (1) Wizzle Infinity token will also be published on wizzle.io.

7.2 When you contribute into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle by sending cryptocurrencies to a valid cryptocurrency address that is provided by Wizzle you shall send your cryptocurrencies from your personal wallet. You are prohibited from sending cryptocurrencies from any cryptocurrency exchange to the valid cryptocurrency address that is provided by Wizzle. You hereby warrant that you shall not send cryptocurrencies from any cryptocurrency exchange to the valid cryptocurrency address that is provided by Wizzle.

7.3 You understand and agree that you must have an Ethereum

wallet that supports the ERC20 token standard in order to receive Wizzle Infinity tokens. Wizzle strongly advises you to carefully examine and check if you have an Ethereum wallet that supports the ERC20 token standard.

7.4 When you contribute into the smart contract system for the

development of the services of Wizzle you understand and agree that the contribution and the acquirement of the Wizzle Infinity tokens are final and cannot be cancelled, altered, refunded or reversed if the contribution into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle is confirmed.

7.6 You are fully responsible for the correctness and completeness of the information that is provided to Wizzle with relation to the execution of the contribution into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle and the acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens.

Contribution during Wizzle Infinity ICO phase

7.9 Wizzle will only except contributions in Ether (ETH) or Bitcoin (BTC) during the Wizzle Infinity ICO phase. When you contribute into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle with the use of Ether (ETH) or Bitcoin (BTC) you shall send the amount of Ether (ETH) or Bitcoin (BTC), which is equivalent to the amount of Wizzle Infinity tokens you want to receive, to a valid cryptocurrency address that is provided by Wizzle. After Wizzle received your amount of Ether (ETH) or Bitcoin (BTC) which is equivalent to the amount of Wizzle Infinity tokens you want to receive, Wizzle will send the Wizzle Infinity tokens to your Ethereum address. You agree that you provide a valid Ethereum address to Wizzle.

Article 8 Phase 1: Airdrop phase 8.1 Wizzle Global N.V. will issue Wizzle Infinity tokens in several phases.

The first phase is the ‘Wizzle Infinity Airdrop phase’ (hereinafter also referred to as ‘the Airdrop phase’).

8.2 In the Wizzle Infinity Airdrop phase fifty million (50,000,000) Wizzle

Infinity tokens will be given away. The Airdrop phase will commence on January 16, 2018 and will end on January 31, 2018.

8.3 In order to receive free Wizzle Infinity tokens after the Airdrop

phase you can register yourself by providing your email address and Ethereum address on wizzle.io. An email address or Ethereum address can only be registered once. After you have provided your email address and Ethereum address a confirmation email will be send to the email address that you provided in order to complete the registration. For clarification, you do not have to make a contribution during the Airdrop phase for receiving Wizzle Infinity tokens. The Wizzle Infinity tokens will be awarded for free after the Airdrop phase. The terms and conditions as set forth in this document with regard to the contribution will also be applicable to the Wizzle Infinity airdrop phase, where relevant and determined at the sole discretion of Wizzle.

8.4 The amount of Wizzle Infinity tokens you will receive is linked to the

amount of Ether on your Ethereum address and the total amount fifty million (50,000,000) Wizzle Infinity tokens that will be awarded for free during the Wizzle Infinity Airdrop phase. The following rules are applicable in order to determine the amount of Wizzle Infinity tokens you will receive by registering yourself for the Wizzle Infinity Airdrop through providing your email address and Ethereum address on wizzle.io:

Main rule

The main rule is that the total amount of Wizzle Infinity tokens that will be given away during the Airdrop phase is fifty million (50,000,000) Wizzle Infinity tokens. The distribution of the Wizzle Infinity tokens is linked to this total amount. The formula for the amount of Wizzle Infinity tokens that will be awarded for free to you is the following: Formula:

Total balance of all registered Ethereum addresses For the determination of the total balance of all registered Ethereum addresses and your balance on your Ethereum address the following adjustments will take place: Adjustments

I. One (1) Ether or less

If you have one (1) Ether (ETH) or less on the balance of your Ethereum

address this will count as one (1) Ether (ETH) in the ‘total balance of all

registered Ethereum addresses’ and in ‘your balance on your Ethereum

address’.

II. One hundred (100) Ether (ETH) or more

If you have one hundred (100) Ether (ETH) or more on the balance of your

Ethereum address this will count as one hundred (100) Ether (ETH) in the

‘total balance of all registered Ethereum addresses’ and in ‘your balance on

your Ethereum address’.

8.5 The amount of Ether (ETH) on all registered Ethereum addresses for the Wizzle Infinity airdrop will be summed on February 1, 2018.

8.6 After the Wizzle Infinity airdrop an email will be send to all

registered email addresses. This email will set forth the amount of Wizzle Infinity tokens that is awarded to you.

8.7 Wizzle reserves the right to change the specified period of the

Wizzle Infinity airdrop phase and the amount of Wizzle Infinity tokens that are awarded for free at its absolute and sole discretion. Such changes will be published on the wizzle.io. We strongly advise you to consult www.wizzle.io regularly in order to stay informed about the most recent information and the latest developments.

8.8 When you acquire Wizzle Infinity tokens by registering yourself for

the Wizzle Infinity Airdrop through providing your email address and Ethereum address you understand and acknowledge that the Wizzle Infinity tokens and the system are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without any warranties, expressed or implied,

including but not limited to, all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law. Wizzle and the related parties of Wizzle, including but not limited to, contractors, auditors and developers do not warrant that the process for the contribution, the acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens and the use of Wizzle Infinity tokens will be uninterrupted or error free.

8.9 You understand and accept that you are not entitled to a certain

amount of Wizzle Infinity tokens during the Wizzle Infinity Airdrop phase under these terms and conditions. The Wizzle Infinity tokens will be freely awarded to you during the Wizzle Infinity airdrop phase without any warranties or specific rights.

Article 9 Phase 2: Wizzle Infinity Presale 9.1 Wizzle Global N.V. will issue Wizzle Infinity tokens in several phases.

The second phase is the ‘Wizzle Infinity Presale phase’. 9.2 In the Wizzle Infinity Presale phase fifteen hundred million

(1500,000,000) Wizzle Infinity tokens will be available for sale. The Wizzle Infinity Presale phase will commence on February 1, 2018 and will end on February 28, 2018.

9.3 In the Wizzle Infinity Presale phase fifteen hundred million (1500,000,000) Wizzle Infinity tokens will be available for sale with at least a fifty (50) % discount.

9.4 You understand and agree that you are only able to register for

the Wizzle Infinity Presale by completing the registration form if you want to invest a minimum of one (1) Ether (ETH) or an equivalent amount.

9.5 If you want to invest more than hundred (100) Ether (ETH) or an

equivalent amount you will be contacted individually to negotiate the amount and the bonus percentage.

9.6 You understand and agree that the Wizzle Infinity tokens will be

awarded manually during the Wizzle Infinity Presale phase. 9.7 You understand and agree that Wizzle reserves the right to

change the specified period of the Wizzle Infinity Presale phase, the amount of Wizzle Infinity tokens that are available for sale during the Wizzle Infinity Presale phase and the amount of discount on the Wizzle Infinity tokens at its absolute and sole discretion. We strongly advise you to consult www.wizzle.io regularly in order to stay informed about the most recent information and the latest developments.

Article 10 Phase 3: Wizzle Infinity ICO 10.1 Wizzle Global N.V. will issue Wizzle Infinity tokens in several phases.

The third phase is the ‘Wizzle Infinity ICO phase’. 10.2 The Wizzle Infinity ICO phase will commence on March 1, 2018 and

will end on April 13, 2018. In the overall funding of the project there is a hard cap of EUR thirty million (30,000,000).

10.3 In the Wizzle Infinity ICO phase the Wizzle Infinity tokens will be

available for sale at the following discount(s):

I. From March 1, 2018 to March 14, 2018 the Wizzle Infinity tokens will

be available for sale at a fifty (50) % discount;

II. From March 14, 2018 to April 13, 2018 the decreasing discount as

specified hereunder will apply:

a. Five hundred million (500, 000, 000) Wizzle Infinity tokens

will be available for sale at a forty (40) % discount;

b. Five hundred million (500, 000, 000) Wizzle Infinity tokens

will be available for sale at a thirty (30) % discount;

c. Two thousand million (2000,000,000) Wizzle Infinity tokens

will be available for sale at a twenty-five (25) % discount.

10.4 You understand and agree that Wizzle reserves the right to change the specified period of the Wizzle Infinity ICO phase, the amount of Wizzle Infinity tokens that are available for sale during the Wizzle Infinity ICO phase and the amount of discount on the Wizzle Infinity tokens at its absolute and sole discretion. Article 11 Wizzle Infinity token distribution targets 11.1 Wizzle intends to distribute the Wizzle Infinity tokens as follows:

I. Fifty million (50,000,000) Wizzle Infinity tokens will be available for free during

the Wizzle Infinity Airdrop phase;

II. Fifteen hundred million (1500,000,000) Wizzle Infinity tokens will be available

for sale during the Wizzle Infinity Presale phase;

III. The Wizzle Infinity tokens that will be available for sale during the Wizzle

Infinity ICO phase is set forth in article 10;

IV. Fifty million (50,000,000) Wizzle Infinity tokens will be distributed to the

employees fund;

V. Fifty million (50,000,000) Wizzle Infinity tokens will be distributed to the

referral fund for referral marketing purposes;

VI. Seventy five million (75,000,000) Wizzle Infinity tokens will be distributed to

Wizzle Global N.V . for global brand promotion campaigns;

VII. Three hundred and seventy five million (375,000,000) Wizzle Infinity tokens

will be distributed to the Wizzle Network B.V..

11.2 You understand and agree that Wizzle reserves the right to change the distribution targets of the Wizzle Infinity tokens at its absolute and sole discretion. Article 12 Bonus tokens for referral 12.1 You understand and agree that Wizzle may award Wizzle Infinity

tokens as a bonus in relation with a referral program. Article 13 Warranties 13.1 When you contribute into the smart contract system for the

development of the services of Wizzle and as a consequence acquire a Wizzle Infinity token you warrant:

I. that the funds you use for the contribution into the smart contract system for the

development of the services of Wizzle do not stem from illegal and unethical sources;

II. that all your transactions in Wizzle Infinity tokens are not used to facilitate any

criminal or illegal activity;

III. that you do not use any proceeds of criminal or illegal activities;

IV. that you are not a citizen or resident of a country whose laws and regulations in

relation to the contribution and acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens are in

contradiction with the contribution and acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens under

these terms and conditions;

V. that you have in-depth knowledge and a full understanding of the functionality, usage,

transmission and storage of Blockchain-assets such as cryptographic tokens like Ether

(ETH) and Blockchain-based software systems;

VI. that you will take sole responsibility for any risk and restriction associated with the

contribution into the smart contract system for the development of the services of

Wizzle and the ownership and usage of Wizzle Infinity tokens;

VII. that you will not contribute into the smart contract system for the development of the

services of Wizzle for the purpose of speculative investments;

VIII. that you understand and accept that the cryptocurrency market is highly volatile and

speculative;

IX. that you understand and accept that past performances are no warrants for future

results;

X. that you have an understanding of and are aware of applicable legislation and

regulation and that you are legally permitted to acquire Wizzle Infinity tokens via the

contribution into the smart contract system for the development of the services of

Wizzle. If you do not have an understanding of and are not aware of applicable

legislation and regulation and you do not know if you are legally permitted to acquire

Wizzle Infinity tokens via the contribution into the smart contract system for the

development of the services of Wizzle you should refrain from contribution.

Article 14 Risks 14.1 When you contribute into the smart contract system for the

development of the services of Wizzle and as a consequence acquire Wizzle Infinity tokens you understand and accept that there are certain risks involved with regard to the contribution and the acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens, the usage of Wizzle Infinity tokens and the ownership of Wizzle Infinity tokens. You understand and accept the following non-exhaustive risks:

I. The risks of abandonment

the risk of abandonment of the project of the development of the services of

Wizzle as a consequence of a lack of funding, a lack of commercial success or any

other reason;

II. The risks of failure of the development of the services of Wizzle

the risk of failure of the development of the services of Wizzle as a consequence

of technical reasons, regulatory reasons or any other reasons;

III. The risks of losing access to your Wizzle Infinity tokens

you can only access your Wizzle Infinity tokens through your Ethereum wallet

along with the corresponding Ethereum address and private key. If you lose your

private key or if your private key is stolen you will lose access s to your Wizzle

Infinity tokens and as a consequence your Wizzle Infinity tokens will be

unrecoverable and permanently lost;

IV. The risks of an incompatible wallet service

you must have an Ethereum wallet that supports the ERC20 token standard in

order to receive Wizzle Infinity tokens. In other words, your Ethereum wallet must

be technically compatible with the Wizzle Infinity tokens. If you do not have an

Ethereum wallet that supports the ERC20 token standard you are exposed to the

risk of not gaining access to your Wizzle Infinity tokens;

V. the risks relating to the volatility of Ethereum or other cryptocurrencies

The contributions that Wizzle will receive may be converted in other

cryptocurrencies and/or fiat currencies. Ethereum or other cryptocurrencies may

be exposed to extreme volatility during the specified time period in which

contribution is possible. Extreme volatility of Ether or other cryptocurrencies

during the specified tie period in which contribution is possible or after this period

may lead to an unfavourable fluctuation that may lead to the possible situation

that Wizzle is not able to fund the development of the services of Wizzle as

intended.

VI. The risks of theft

The risk of theft is related to the possible exposure of the smart contract system of

Wizzle, the underlying software application and the software application to attacks

from hackers or other individuals, including but not limited to malware attacks,

denial of service attacks and consensus based attacks. Such successful attacks

could result in a loss or theft of Wizzle Infinity tokens and therefore could

adversely impact the development of the services of Wizzle.

VII. The risks of mining attacks on the Ethereum blockchain

The Ethereum blockchain on which the smart contract is deployed is susceptible

for mining attacks, including but not limited to majority mining power attacks,

double spend attacks and race conditions attacks. Attacks on the Ethereum

blockchain exposes the smart contract that is deployed on the Ethreum blockchain

to risks.

VIII. The risks of competing platforms

Wizzle may be exposed to risks with regard to the establishment of other (similar)

platforms which may provide the same or more or less equivalent services. Wizzle

may face competition from these (similar) platforms. This competition may have

adverse effects on the Wizzle, the services that are provided by Wizzle or the

utility of the Wizzle Infinity token.

IX. The risks of software weaknesses

The smart contract concept, the software application and the software platform of

Wizzle is in an early development stage and unproven. This exposes the smart

contract concept, the software application and the software platform to inherent

risks including but not limited to weaknesses, vulnerabilities, viruses or bugs which

may cause the complete loss of your Wizzle Infinity tokens and/or your

contribution.

X. Risks with relation to governance rights

As set forth in these terms and conditions Wizzle Infinity tokens do not represent

influence in any way whatsoever with regard to the governance of Wizzle or the

services of Wizzle. Wizzle is solely entitled to make decision with regard to all

aspects of the operation of Wizzle. Wizzle is solely entitled, to its absolute and sole

discretion, to make decision with regard to all aspects of the operation of Wizzle

including but not limited to, decisions with relation to the development of the

services of Wizzle, the issuance and creation of Wizzle Infinity tokens and the

discountenance of the development of the services of Wizzle.

XI. Risks with regard to the development and maintenance of the platform of Wizzle

The services of Wizzle and the platform of Wizzle is still under development and is

in an early stage. The services of Wizzle and the platform of Wizzle may undergo

significant changes over time. Wizzle is committed to take all reasonable steps and

to use its reasonable best efforts to provide the services, the platform and the

Wizzle Infinity tokens as intended. Wizzle may however change the specifications

of the services, the platform and the Wizzle Infinity tokens for any number of

XII. Regulatory risks

15.2 Wizzle and its affiliated companies shall grant you a limited,

16.2 Wizzle and its affiliated companies will retain all its right with

respect to the trademarks, servicemarks and logo’s that appear on the website of wizzle.io or otherwise appear in relation to the contribution and acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens.

16.3 In case any other party provided Wizzle and its affiliated

companies with trademarks, servicemarks or logo’s these trademarks, servicemarks or logo’s are the property of the party who provided these trademarks, servicemarks or logo’s. The party who provided these trademarks, servicemarks and logo’s retains all its right with respects to the provided trademarks, servicemarks and logo’s that appear on the website of wizzle.io or otherwise appear in relation to the contribution and acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens.

Article 17 Liability 17.1 Wizzle and Wizzle parties, including but not limited to past, present

and future employees, directors, officers, consultants, advisors, contractors, ambassadors, equity holders and advisers(hereinafter also referred to as ‘Wizzle parties’) shall in no event be liable for any damages or loss arising from or in connection with the contribution into the smart contract system, the acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens and the use or the inability to use the Wizzle Infinity tokens or any other damages arising from these terms and conditions. This limitation of liability shall not apply in case such damages are a result of a deliberate act or gross negligence of Wizzle.

17.2 Wizzle and Wizzle parties shall in no event be liable for any

damages or loss arising from or in connection with the use of electronic means of communication, including but not limited to, damages resulting from failure or delay in delivery of electronic communication, manipulation or interception of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for electronic communications and transmission of viruses. This limitation of liability shall not apply in case such damages are a result of a deliberate act or gross negligence of Wizzle.

17.3 The aggregate liability of Wizzle and Wizzle parties, arising from or

in relation to the acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens, the contribution into the smart contract system and the use or the inability to use the Wizzle Infinity tokens or in any other way

related to these terms and conditions will in no event exceed the aggregate amount of your contribution to Wizzle for the development of the services of Wizzle and the acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens as valued at the time of your contribution. This limitation of liability shall not apply in case damages are a result of a deliberate act or gross negligence of Wizzle.

Article 18 Force Majeure 18.1 Wizzle and Wizzle parties shall in no event be liable for any failure

to perform or damages arising from or in connection with any occurrence beyond the reasonable control of Wizzle, including but not limited to, faults or failure of the internet, network attacks, faults or failure of the telecommunication infrastructure, power failures, disruptions in the hardware and software of the supplier(s), mobilisation, obstruction of transport, delay in supply, business interruption, strike, distributed denial of services attacks, fire, acts of war or terrorism, flood or other natural disaster, governmental restrictions, or in the case of computer systems, any failure in electrical or air conditioning equipment, or any other occurrence beyond reasonable control of Wizzle.

Article 19 Indemnification 19.1 To the maximum extend allowable pursuant to applicable law, you

will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Wizzle and its affiliated companies from and against all claims, liabilities, penalties, expenses, taxes or other obligations whatsoever, including but not limited to, attorney fees, expenses for litigation and fines imposed

by a regulatory body, arising from or in connection with the obligations under these terms and conditions, the contribution and acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens, a breach of these terms and conditions, an infringement of legislation and regulation and an infringement of third party rights.

Article 20 Disclaimer of warranties 20.1 When you contribute into the smart contract system for the

development of the services of Wizzle and as a consequence acquire Wizzle Infinity tokens you understand and acknowledge that the Wizzle Infinity tokens and the contribution into the smart contract system are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without any warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law. Wizzle and the Wizzle parties do not warrant that the process for the contribution, the acquirement of Wizzle Infinity tokens and the use of Wizzle Infinity tokens will be uninterrupted or error free.

Article 21 Tax

21.1 You are fully responsible to determine the applicable taxes with relation to the acquirement, the usage and the ownership of Wizzle Infinity tokens. You hereby declare and accept that you will not hold Wizzle and its affiliated companies in any case liable for the applicable taxes with relation to the acquirement, the usage and the ownership of Wizzle Infinity tokens.

Article 22 Privacy 22.1 Wizzle is aware of the importance of the protection of your

personal data. Wizzle has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure an adequate protection of your personal information and to protect your personal data against loss or any form of unlawful data processing such as data degradation, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. The personal data that you provide to Wizzle will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Article 23 Change of the Terms and Conditions 23.1 Wizzle expressly reserve the right to change, amend and modify

these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. The latest version of the terms and conditions will always be available on wizzle.io.

23.2 You accept the changes of the terms and conditions if you

continue to contribute into the smart contract system for the development of the services of Wizzle and if you continue to make us of the Wizzle Infinity tokens after the terms and conditions are amended or modified by Wizzle. Therefore you are strongly advised to consult the terms and conditions regularly.

Article 24 Applicable law , waiver and dispute resolution 24.1 These terms and conditions are governed and construed by the

laws of the Netherlands. 24.2 When you contribute into the smart contract system for the

development of the services of Wizzle and as a consequence acquire Wizzle Infinity tokens you understand and accept that any dispute arising from or with relation to these terms and conditions is personal to you and Wizzle or any other related entity or individual involved in the creation of Wizzle Infinity tokens. You understand and accept that you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit, a class wide arbitration or any other type of representative proceeding or action against Wizzle or any other entity or individual involved with the creation and issuance of the Wizzle Infinity tokens.

24.3 You and Wizzle agree to arbitrate all disputes arising out or related

to these terms and conditions in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute. The arbitral tribunal will be composed of one arbitrator. The place of Arbitration will be Rotterdam. The proceedings will be conducted in the English language. Consolidation of the arbitral proceedings with other arbitral proceedings, as provided for in Article 1046 of the Dutch Code of Civil Procedure and Article 39 of the Arbitration Rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute is excluded.

24.4 You and Wizzle agree to use your reasonable best efforts to resolve any dispute arising out or related to these terms and conditions through good faith negotiations prior to submitting such a dispute to an arbitral tribunal according to Article 24.3.

24.5 You and Wizzle agree to give each other a written notice of any

dispute arising out or related to these terms and conditions within thirty (30) days of when such dispute arises.

Article 25 Cooperation with legal authorities 25.1 Wizzle will cooperate with all law enforcement enquires,

subpoenas, or requests provided they are full supported and documented by the law in the relevant jurisdiction.
