Embracing the “farm to table” philosophy, we proudly house our very own Okinawa sea sand garden, from

which the menu’s organic herbs and edible plants are grown. Okinawa sea sand is rich in minerals and

provides ample nutrients to the plants, and we are the only restaurant to employ this farming system in

Hong Kong.
