Coupage: 100% Tinta de Toro Ageing: Matured for a minimum of 18 months in French and American oak barrels (50% of each) and after, one year on the bottle.

Tasting Report: Dark cherry colour, very pleasant and fine aroma (cocoa, pipe tobacco, black pepper...) In mouth it is round, oily, tasty, powerful but with sweet tannins. Very persistent. Recommended for: red meet, cheese... (food with a big quantity of proteins) This wine will continue evolving during almost 10-15 years.

Coupage: 100% Garnacha Artiga Garnacha is a prime example of what this fine and noble grape can do. The Garnacha grapes, with their famously "fat" and sensual tannins, flourish in the harsh conditions of Campo de Borja, producing wines of a herbal, peppery flavour and startling aromatic intensity.

Briñal Joven Coupage: 100% Tempranillo Briñal Joven es un vino brillante, con muy buena limpidez y aspecto.

Tasting Report: A la vista se nos presenta en un color rojo burdeos, que junto a sus tonos violáceos muestran su juventud. Franqueza e intensidad en notas aromáticas marcadas por un fondo abrutado y vegetal. Seco, limpio, se recomienda consumir entre 14º y 16º..

Briñal Reserva Coupage: 95% tempranillo y 5% Garnacha. Ha sido elaborado a partir de la esmerada selección de viñas viejas. La fermentación se desarrolla en depósitos de acero inoxidable a temperatura controlada. Criado 24 meses en barricas de roble y posteriormente madurado en botella.

Tasting Report: El resultado es un vino de color rubí con tonos teja, con aromas de delicada vainilla aportados por la madera de roble americano que lo ha contenido en su crianza. Estructurado y elegante en boca. Ello lo hace apto para acompañar una alta gama gastronómica. Aconsejamos degustar a 17º C.

Carbonic Maceration Young Wine Tasting Report: Colour: A deep cherry red colour with violet shades. Clean and bright. Nose: Good aromatic intensity. This wine stands out for its fruity notes (red berries) and liquorice aromas. Palate: Warm on the palate and mouth-filling. Full bodied and well balanced. Intense fruity aromas. Fresh, with strong but well-merged tannins. Balanced acidity. Sweet, with a pleasant finish. Retroolfaction highlights fruity aromas. Very persistent and pleasant.

Coupage: 95% Tempranillo and 5% Viura Elaboration: Hand-harvest in our own vineyards, using an environmentally-friendly wine-growing process. Before harvesting, a rigorous grape selection takes place in the vineyard, rejecting those grapes that do not conform to the optimal characteristics. 8 day maceration and alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 28ºC. No treatment nor cold stabilizing are carried out not to lose its potential.

Celistia Constelación Tasting Report: Ruby red, intense and alive. Nose: Strong character, complex and rich in nuances, with merges ripe and forest fruits with the character of the aged oak barrels. Mouth: In the mouth the tannins are fine, sweet, with a very well integrated acidity which makes the wine to be wide and fleshy, in the same time silky and elegant, with a nice persistence after taste.

Coupage: 60 % Syrah, 40 % Tempranillo Elaboration: After the selection in the vineyard, we performed a second selection of grapes in the winery, then the grapes are des-stemmed and passed in tanks. Cold maceration. Careful fermentation and maceration are realized with pigeages trying have a good work of the cap. Aeging: On part of each variety goes in French Allier oak barrels to realice the spontaneeous malolactic fermentacition. The ageing is done in French oak barrels of 300 litres, new ane first use, or 14 months, time which gives the eine characteristics of complexity and elegance. Then we will make the final blend and the wine be passed in bottle in May 2010.

Celistia Estrellas Coupage: 100 % Tempranillo Tasting Report: Attractive cherry red colour of intense robe. Nose: A good combination between the primary notes of ripe red fruit and liquorice particular of the Tempranillo variety with delicate notes, well integrated from its ageing in noble Oak Barrels. Mouth: Soft, Kind entry with silky result, wide and balanced in the month with an intense fruity and persistent after-taste.

Celistia Tierra Red Coupage: 45% Tempranillo, 30% Garnacha tinta 25 % Cabernet Sauvignon Manual harvest in the early hours of the morning with quick recpetion in the winery.Cold Maceration. Smooth pressing. The racking is made to remoce the suspended solid particles. Careful vinification by variety. Alcoholic fermentation to to 14-15 ºC. in stainless steel tanks during 18 days, to maintain the fruity notes of each variety. Careful with the preparation of the final blend.

Coupage: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah Tasting Report: In the glass vivid cherry color with violet reflexes. Still slightly closed. In the nose shows fresh red fruits, black liquorices and graphite. Recalls coffee, cacao and peat, fresh black mint, laurel as well as balsamic and minerals. In the mouth delightful and smooth entry. Becomes fresh and slightly sweet. Lots of freshness in the center of the mouth. Firm acidity and well balanced tannins. Remarkable complexity of fruits, balsamic and minerals. Long and harmonious finish where notes of cacao, mints and graphite melts perfectly.

Frontaura Crianza Coupage: Tinta de Toro

Tasting Report: De color cereza muy brillante, al acercarlo recuerda al tomillo, a la pimienta, a delicada madera. Al probarlo es terciopelo, seda. Toques de fruta madura, clavo y tostados. Un gran vino de tinta de Toro de mucha complejidad. Espectacular.

Frontaura Reserva Coupage: 100% tinta de Toro Proviene de un rendimiento por hectárea de 3.000 kilogramos Se comercializa en botella bordelesa de 750 ml y 1.500ml Temperatura óptima de degustación: 16-18ºC.

Tasting Report: De color rojo granate con matices y tonalidades violáceas, de capa alta y muy denso. Muy abierto en nariz, destaca su elevada intensidad aromática, limpia, fina, elegante y compleja, de carácter frutal y especiado. Se aprecian suaves notas de madera, elegante, bien ensamblada, y aromas mentolado y balsámico. Vino poderoso en boca, muy expresivo con largo recorrido, franco, profundo. Muy carnoso, generoso en alcohol, muy fresco y firme acidez. De taninos maduros, dulces, suaves y aterciopelados. Un conjunto potente y expresivo con perfecto equilibrio.

Fuente Cerrada Red Coupage: 47% Tempranillo, 26% Cabernet Sauvignon y 27% Merlot. The grapes are picked manually in 15-kilogram baskets to ensure the clusters will arrive intact at the crush pad. There, they are sorted manually and any berries that are overripe or may be damaged are removed. The result is a different wine with a unique personality. Located in Navarre´s westernmost area, with clay soils of marine origin, an average annual rainfall of 600 mm and an average annual temperature of 12 ºC, the estate produces unique wines.

Tasting Report: Lovely deep, dark cherry-red with a purple rim denoting its youth. Well-assembled floral aromas that blend into notes of wild berries. Superbly-structured in the mouth. Persistent with light notes of fennel. Pairing Recommendations: pulses, vegetables, red meat and fowl. Serving Temperature: 16º-18ºC

Gran Lou Coupage: Garnacha tinta y Cariñena procedente de viñedos muy antiguos. Crianza: Envejecimiento de 20 meses en barricas nuevas de roble Francés.

Tasting Report: Vino tinto de color cereza bien cubierto con ribetes violáceos, brillante en la copa. Aroma elegante y complejo que ensambla perfectamente la madurez de la fruta con notas espaciadas y minerales. Fondo tostado de la madera bien integrado. En boca tiene una entrada voluminosa y aterciopelada gracias a un tanino maduro y muy carnoso. Es cálido, de larga persistencia, con buena estructura y una acidez muy elegante

Tasting Report: Ruby-red. Intense, complex, variegated nose of ripe fruit with spicy, toasty and leathery notes. Large and meaty in the mouth, with ripe tannins. Magnificent finish. Serving Temperature: 16º-18ºC

Coupage: 100% syrah. Leix, crianza wine D.O. Costers del Segre. Harvest 2008. Own vineyard. 12 months in French oak casks, 70% new. Malolactic fermentation entirely in casks.

Tasting Report: Made 100% with the Syrah variety. Colour deep violet cherry. Aromas of red fruits, minerals, spices, altogether a complex, deep, powerful nose. Expressive and concentrated, consistent in the mouth fluid and well balanced, fresh, with a noble strength, full-bodied and persistent. At it has not been cold stabilised, some natural sediments may be found. We recommend opening the wine a short while before drinking in order to enjoy its full splendour. Serving temperature around 15ºC

Coupage: Garnacha tinta, Mazuelo y Syrah Crianza: Envejecimiento de 6 meses en barricas de roble.

Tasting Report: Vino tinto de color cereza con menisco violáceo, buena capa, limpio y brillante. En nariz destaca un primer plano de fruta madura, fresa, grosella, cassis y en un segundo lugar las notas de la barrica, torrefactos y especias. En boca tiene un buen ataque, es denso, de tanino firma pero redondeado. Una buena acidez y persistente. Vino complejo que invita a disfrutar de un Montsant moderno lleno de matices y elegante. Servir entre 16 y 18 grados.

Marqués de Santoserrano Coupage: 100% Tempranillo Elaboración: Fermentación en depósitos de acero inoxidable con levaduras autóctonas a temperatura controlada. Pasa a barricas a los doce meses. Crianza: 18 meses en barrica, 6 meses en botella antes de salir al mercado. Maridaje: Carnes rojas, asados, aves, carnes blancas, arroces, jamón, quesos curados, azules, setas.

Tasting Report: Manifiesta un color rojo guinda intenso, resistiendo los azulados a desaparecer y sin apuntar todavía los tonos teja, lo que presupone un vino de larga vida. La madera está perfectamente acoplada y hay todavía ligeros matices de fruta, acompañados de otros minerales y caramelos. La boca es pulida, suave y aterciopelada, con gran equilibrio tanino-acidez alcohol e importante persistencia. El vino está en un momento óptimo de consumo, pero con capacidad de conservar sus propiedades por muchos años.

Coupage: Garnacha and Tempranillo Intense cherry-red colour, with distinct violet tones; quite dark in colour. On the nose it shows a youthful freshness, nuanced by a medium aging period in cask; the prominence of the garnache variety increases in all its phases, thanks to its distinct and fine fruity character (blackberry and peach). In the mouth it again shows freshness, lively in the mouth, with nerve and balance.

Nexus Crianza Coupage: Tempranillo Vino Crianza muy bien presentado de bodegas Frontaura, a partir de viñas viejas de la variedad Tempranillo, fue envejecida durante 12 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés Allier, y denota un aroma intenso y balsámico, con taninos muy maduros que aportan cuerpo al vino, pero sin asperezas. Se trata de un vino persistente en boca, y resulta muy adecuado para su consumo inmediato o para guardarlo unos años, con lo que adquirirá aún más complejidad.

Nexus Roble Coupage: Tempranillo Un vino moderno, fresco y armónico con una imagen elegante y llamativa. Visualmente de color picota, capa media alta. Aromas en nariz muy intensos y cualidades aromáticas con predominio de notas afrutadas, balsámicas con recuerdos a mentol. Su paso en boca es equilibrado, largo e intenso con taninos amables, bien pulidos que aportan complejidad al vino. Un vino fresco, intenso y bien estructurado.

Pago Wine Prado Irache Coupage: 70% Tempranillo, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon y 10% Merlot. Ageing: 12 months in French Allier oak casks. This wine comes from the estate called Prado Irache; it is a privileged place due to its climatology and orography where land and wine merge into one. It is a wine with very typical and unique characters of the region where he comes from endowing it with the personality of the great wines.

Tasting Report: Dark cherry colour with slight reddish edge, intense aroma with predominance of fruits, blackberries, toasted touch and delicate wood. The mouth is meaty, tannin with vigour, red fruits, tasty, generous and full. Pairing Recommendations: game, legumes, roasted red meat or stews. Serving Temperature: 16º-18ºC

Tasting Report: Dark cherry red with bluish iridescence. Intense, complex and deep bouquets, with fruit and mineral expressions, mixing the bouquet of fine woods (toasted, vanilla) with ripe druit (blackberry, red fruits). Tasty, well structured, large, warm, with mature tannins.

Coupage: Mencía 100% Production: Pre-fermentative maceration for 4 days at 0ºC. Fermentation-maceration for 15-20 days. Aging in French oak barrel for 12 months and at least 6 months in bottle.

Tasting Report: Intense cherry in color with violet reflections. Intense bouquet fue to the time spent in the barrel (coconut, pastry, toasted) and at the same time with a rich fruit expression (blueberry, blackberry). Tasty and intense in the mouth, with the returning expression of wood and ripe fruit. Tannins present but elegant, not disturbing. Long and expressive. .

Coupage: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah Tasting Report: The harvest 2006 allowed us to create a bright cherry colored wine with some dark purple reflexes.Thanks to the most careful elaboration, this wine disposes of a very ample spectrum of different flavors. First of all, we notice a smell of red and black berries. Dominating are blackberries and cherries. Later on, we also find the smell of wild blackberries. Different aspects of this typical “terroir” are remembered by sweet balsamic and menthol flavors.In the mouth we realize all the power of this well equilibrated wine and all the many different flavors before its lasting finish.To enjoy this wine entirely, we recommend all kind of baked meals but also red meat or duck.

Coupage: Garnacha Tinta, Cariñena y Cabernet Sauvignon. Crianza: Envejecimiento de 12 meses en barricas nuevas de roble Francés Allier.

Tasting Report: Vino tinto de intenso color negro cereza, bien cubierto con ribetes violáceos. Complejo aroma, ciruela, frutos del bosque. Ligeros torrefactos, cacao y chocolate amargo. Notas ahumadas y tostadas de cierta elegancia sobre fondo de fruta madura. En boca es amplio y carnoso, con tanino bien fundido y muy frutal. De gran estructura, tiene un ataque amable y un paso en boca seco y rotundo con notas de regaliz y frutos negros en licor.

Polus Crianza Coupage: 75% Tempranillo, 25% Graciano Tinto elaborado a partir de uvas Tempranillo (75%) y Graciano (25%) procedentes de viñedos de 35-40 años de antigüedad. Vendimia manual seleccionada. Fermentación en depósitos de acero inoxidable de 18.000 litros con temperatura controlada. Despalillado sin estrujado, con remontados diarios durante los 18 días de encubado. Delestage. Crianza de 12 meses en barrica y 12 meses en botella.

Tasting Report: Color rojo cereza con matices granates, aromas de frutos rojos y especias con fondo de madera, en paladar resulta amplio, complejo, con cuerpo y bien equilibrado. Se ensamblan bien los aromas fermentativos con los de la crianza. Buena entrada en boca. La botella va logrando una agradable evolución. Se recomienda consumir entre 18º.

Tasting Report: Ripe cherry color, varietal smell with hints of strawberry and raspberry. The taste is powerful, sweet, well-structured and persistent.

Coupage: Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo). Vineyard age: from 20 to 35 years old vineyards. Vineyard area name: Pago Santa Olalla. Soil: sand sediment, clay and calcareous conglomerates from the Pliocene. Climate: extreme dry continental climate influenced by the Atlantic. Maceration: 7 to 10 days under 10Cº. Fermentation: 15 days with home yeast. Temperatures under 25ºC. Delestage: 2 days before the end of the fermentation, must is changed to another tank were temperature is controlled but the skin could reach 35ºC to extract as much color as possible. Second fermentation: in tank. Ageing: 12 months in oak barrels (30% American and 70% French).

Coupage: 100% Tinto fino Tempranillo Después del encubado, llega la maceración pre-fermentativa mínima de 48 horas y la fermentación controlada inferior a 30ºC. La maceración total tiene lugar entre 18 y 25 días antes del prensado, con sucesivos remontes en abierto y bazuqueos manuales cada 4 o 6 horas. Mediante catas y análisis químicos se determina si el proceso de maceración ha concluído y se procede al descube. Un prensado suave y a las 48 horas siguientes es trasegado, retirando así las lías gordas. La fermentación maloláctica espontánea ocurre a 22ºC.

Tasting Report: Color rojo cereza picota con gran intensidad. Reflejos granates en capa fina. Limpio y brillante. Naríz potente de gran intensidad y marcada frutosidad. Las notas de frutas rojas y negras muy maduras, en confitura, dejan paso a los perfumes de maderas nobles, regaliz negro, vainilla, café y notas de torrefactos perfectamente ensamblados con la fruta. La entrada es de un vino de buena estructura. Amplio paso de boca, sabroso, con cierta densidad. Los taninos maduros, algo pulidos, arropados con generosa fruta resultan más jugosos y golosos, alcanzando un final persistente y delicado. Fruta, acidez y madera en perfecto equilibrio.

Coupage: 100% Tinto fino Tempranillo La vendimia se realiza de forma manual, y la uva pasa por un doble proceso de selección en viñedo y bodega. Sigue el proceso de despalillado ( 60%) y estrujado ( 40%), con unperíodo de maceración de 12 a 14 días y fermentación controlada a 25ºC en depósitos inferiores a 10.000 litros. Finalizado este primer proceso el vino se trasiega para realizar la fermentación maloláctica espontánea que ocurre a 22ºC. Tras 2 meses en botellero este vino queda listo para su venta.

Tasting Report: Color rojo cereza intenso, con marcados ribetes violaceos en capa fina. Naríz intensa y compleja, donde se mezclan las frutas rojas y negras maduras con notas florales bien definidas de pétalos azules. ( violetas, lilas, etc.); también nos encontramos notas de regaliz, típicas de la variedad tempranillo, perfectamente ensambladas con la fruta. En boca se muestra redondo, carnoso y de paso suave. Los taninos son maduros y golosos. El final deja recuerdos frutales. Invita a beber otra copa. "Rico tanino y mucha fruta"

Coupage: 100% Tinto fino Tempranillo La vendimia es manual seleccionada, con una segunda selección en mesa vibratoria a la entrada en bodega. La uva, una vez despalillada y estrujada se encuba y tras una maceración fría de 48 horas a 15ºC, tiene lugar la fermentación controlada entre 25 y 28ºC, con continuos remontes y bazuqueos. La fermentación maloláctica espontánea tiene lugar a 22ºC sin adicción de bacterias.

Tasting Report: Color rojo cereza de capa media, con marcados ribetes amoratados que denotan su juventud. Limpio y brillante. En naríz aparecen claramente marcadas las notas frutales, frutas rojas y negras muy maduras. En segundo plano aparecen aromas típicos de la crianza como el café, la vainilla, el cacao y de forma muy sutil las especias, como clavo y pimienta. Destaca su gran complejidad y persistencia, quedando bien ensambladas las frutas maduras con las notas de madera. La entrada en boca es suave pero intensa, con una marcada presencia de taninos muy maduros y golosos. Aparecen nuevamente marcadas las frutas rojas maduras, acompañadas de chocolate. El final es camoso y duradero, muy envolvente. Por vía retronasal vuelve la fruta.

Tasting Report: Intense and clean aromas of red fruits like strawberry, rasperry, and blackberry. High-roast, vanilla and coconut bring out the quality of the wood. Balsamic and menthol finish On th palate it is amiable, zesty and fresh..this wine elaborate taninns that together with the proper level of acidity provide it with elegance, roundness and balance . The prevalence of red fruit returns together with al of the qualities given by the wood, with very good assemblage. The finish is very long and pelasent. When pairing the wine, it goes perfectly with roasted fish, rice, liver pat´´e , grilled read meat.

Tasting Report: De color rojo rubi muy intenso con reflejos granates en el centro y tejas en los bordes. Aromas tremendamente complejos y personales con finos matices a roble tostado. En Boca resulta potente, con gran volumen técnico de madera y fruta muy bien ensamblados, largo y redondo al final.

Coupage: Pinot Noir Maceration with the whole grape for 14 hours, afterwards, it is pressed and kept in inox. tanks, the fermentation is made at 14ºC. The bottling is made in January. Ageing in the bottle is moderate, and it takes 14 months. The fruit and the freshness are more important in this cava than the ageing aromas. Serving Temperarture: We recommend serving it at a temperature of 4-5ºC. The best way to cool it down is to use an ice bucket.

Tasting Report: Sight: Ruby colour, deep and bright. The bubbles are fine and elegant, forming a crown at the top of the glass. Nose: Clean and elegant, with memories of raspberries and red fruit and forest fruit. Enjoying time: It is perfect for all kinds of dishes, but specially for aperitifs, oysters and pasta. It is also very good to accompany the whole meal but we must take into account its high alcoholic volume.

Albariño Valdamor Vintage 2010 Albariño grapes are selected from vineyards between 20 and 65 years old in the Salnés area. The grapes are picked by hand and transported by 15 Kgs plastic cases. The Vinification is done separately by each plot to get the individual expression from the vineyards. With the vinification, Valdamor integrates the tradition with innovation and technology to empower the characteristics of the grapes. Valdamor has been on their fine leas for 8 month in stainless steel tanks which give to the wine their special character, richness and lingering finish.

Tasting Report: Straw yellow in colour. On the nose you get apple aromas with ripe fruits at the end. In the mouth the wine is fresh with the complex aromas following through with a well balanced rich structure and a lingering finish. After transportation we suggest that you rest the wine for a few days. In order to let the wine breath, it is recommended to open the bottle 5 minutes before drinking and serving the wine at the temperature of around 10/ 12ºC.

Albariño Valdamor Barrica 09 100% Albariño grape aged in new French oak and semi new French oak, between 6 and Nine months. The idea is to empower the characteristics of the Albariño grape, and balance the natural acidity. After finishing the whole process the wine is kept at the winery for six month before to release it in the market.

Tasting Report: Colour: Straw yellow coloured. It’s Bright with subtle golden tinge. Nose: Complex on the nose, ripen fruits aromas and soft creamy notes. Palate: It is a round white wine with subtle oaky hints, which empower the characteristic of the Albariño grape. Well balance and lingering finish. It is recommended to serve between 9º C and 12º C of temperature.

Albariño Valdamor Vintage Selection Elaboration: Selection of grapes from vineyards of the Salnés Valley located south facing. The must was kept on their fine leas for one year and a half in stainless still deposits. After fermentation, clarified and bottled, the wine stayed for 3 months laid down at the winery.

Tasting Report: Colour: Straw yellow coloured with green tinge. Very clean, with an attractive bright colour. Nose: Fruity and fresh, floral notes with an apple and ripen fruit hints coming trough. Palate: A rich and fleshy Albariño wine. Velvety, and well balance with a lingering finish. It ´s recommended to serve between 10º C and 12º C of temperature.

Bajo 0 Ice Wine

Elaboración: Pressed at low pressure and also at Sub Zero (Bajo O) temperatures so that the ice crystals do not thaw. The fermentation of the alcohol is done in a stainless steel tank. And it is truly slow (90 clays) due to its low temperature and high sugar content. Little by little. the yeasts work their magic until they finally die, unable to ferment all of the sugar content into alcohol which results in a wine with a sweet taste, whilst at the same time retaining the perfect acidity and alcohol content to make for an incredible wine. Last but not least, it is bottled with light filtration and with no stabilisation or treatment so that its full personality and true nature shine through, and so it may have some natural solids in the bottle which do not hinder its quality in any way.

Tasting Report: Colour: pale yellow. with a steel coloured meniscus typical of white wines. Clean, bright and denser than a normal wine due to the residual sugars. Nose: Good intensity. Aromas of ripe fruits. exotic fruits, roasted fruits or competes, mainly, Palate: Warm start in the mouth. Balanced. Generous taste, with the fruity aromas mentioned above, and very pleasant light touches of the exotic fruits emerge in the aftersmell and render an even more subtle finish. Svveet but fresh touch. Long and persistent finish. Complex and full-bodied. It is a semi-sweet vvine, very fruity and mixed vvith an interesting blend of alcohol, acidity and sweetness, which creates an accomplished balance of flavours.

Tasting Report: Limpio y brillante. Color amarillo pajizo con tonos verdes. Aromas varietales bien presentes, con notas de frutas blancas, (pera y manzana) y cítricos, (pomelo) unido a matices vegetales y herbáceos (hinojo) muy característicos. Fresco en boca, equilibrado, final aromático persistente, con notas de carácter varietal, bien estructurado.

La Flauta Sparkling Wine Coupage: 60% Macabeo / 40% Airen The finest grapes were handpicked in the last week of August. All grapes were crushed and pressed within 6 hours of picking and the solids removed by flotation. The resultant musts were fermented separately to dryness using selected yeasts. The temperature was controlled throughout this process at 16-18ºC. The wine is bottled to order to maintain maximum freshness. The wine is stabilised using bentonite and cold stabilisation.

Tasting Report: La Flauta Espumante is crisp, light and refreshing sparkling wine with deliciously vibrant aromas of citrus fruits and an inviting florality. The local Macabeo grapes provide good structure and acidity which perfectly complement the fruit-driven aromas of the Airen. The finish is pleasantly smooth, with a fine stream of bubbles that leaves a beautifully zingy sensation in the mouth and a hint of sweetness that invites you to take another sip. Straw-like in colour, with flashes of more golden tones. “La Flauta Espumante is a bright and fresh wine to be enjoyed well chilled. Light in alcohol, this is the perfect pre-dinner tipple and great with white fish, prawns and noodles.

Tasting Report: Clean and brilliant. Yellow color straw with green tones. Very intense and singular varietal aromas , dominating the notes of white fruits (pear and apple), citric fruits (grapefruit), tropical fruits (pineapple) and bone fruits (peach). Tasting Report: Color amarillo pálido, prácticamente incoloro con ribetes grises y rosados. Buena intensidad de aromas a frutas tropicales y flores. Cálida entrada en boca, equilibrado con buena relación alcohol/acidez. Amplio y con aromas de frutas y flores. Final de boca largo y persistente. Vino muy personal por su particular y meticuloso proceso de elaboración. Destaca su peculiar tonalidad marcada por matices obtenidos en su maceración previa. La alta intensidad olfativa se ve acompañada de su equilibrado paso por boca, haciendo de éste un vino muy interesante para su disfrute durante su consumo. Recomendamos su servicio a 14º.

Rosé Lou Coupage: Garnacha tinta y Syrah Tasting Report: Intenso color frambuesa con destellos azulados, limpios y brillantes. En nariz despliega un amplio abanico de frutas silvestres: fresas, Frambuesas, arándanos, grosellas, que junto a otros aromas hacen un rosado diferente, único y de intensas sensaciones aromáticas. Tasting Report: Clean and brilliant. Yellow straw color with greenish tones. Intense and personal varietal aromas, with notes of white fruits (pear and apple), citric fruits (grapefruit) and of bone fruits (peach). Fresh in mouth, tasty, balanced, long and persistent aromatic end, with elegant bitter notes proceeding from the varietal character and mineral notes proceeding from the soil of culture.

Briñal Crianza Coupage: 95% tempranillo y 5% Garnacha. Elaboración: Briñal Crianza es un vino elaborado a partir de la esmerada selección de variedades. Despalillado total y estrujado, vinifcación en cubas de acero a temperaturas controladas, con remontados suaves, crianza en barricas de roble americano.

La Finca se encuentra a 400 metros de altitud, y sólo a 4Km. del mar Mediterráneo en línea recta, lo que hace que actúe como elemento regulador de la temperatura. Una vez embotellado, ha permanecido en la penumbra de las cavas, entre 30 y 36 meses, y se ha ido haciendo el degüelle sobre pedido, para que llegue al cliente en las mejores condiciones. Este cava tiene el sello de Gran Reserva del consejo regulador del cava.

Tasting Report: Color: Pálido, de aspecto limpio y elegante. Aroma: En nariz, se destacan los aromas a manzana. Mas d'Alsina Sardà Brut Nature Coupage: 65% Chardonnay, 35% Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. Vineyards: 25-30 years, cultivated on higher plots of land. Elaboration:Part of the wines are fermented and aged in oak barrels prior to a second fermentation in the bottle, which gives the wine a very specific taste. Aged for 20-24 months.

Tasting Report: Yellow in colour, with golden tones, fine constant bubbles and elegant, fine crown. Aromas of white fruit (backed pears), fruit with stones (apricot), fine and soft background of toast which mix well with its yeast and lactic nuances, dried fruit and nuts (hazel nuts) and a floral background. Well integrated carbonic with sweet white fruit, creamy and persistent, with a lengthy aftertaste of ripe white fruit and retro-nasal tastes of yeasts.

Refugi 1936 Brut Nature Coupage: Xarel·lo and Chardonnay Elaboration and ageing: Elaborated with grapes coming from old vineyards of Xarel·lo with more than 70 years old, placed in the estate of Santa Susagna, in the Natural Reserve of Garraf. The basis wine elaboration has a partial fermentation of Xarel·lo in oak barrels of 300 litres. Aged in the half-light of our cellars among 27 and 30 months. Stirred up of the bottles manually in classical desks of cement. Serving temperature: 4 to 6°C

Tasting Report: Light yellow colour, clean and elegant aspect. In nose we find dried fruits and nuts with a very subtle end of being toasted and box of cigars. Very delicate and a lot of fineness in mouth, the very clean palate due to the good acidity. Enjoying time: The good structure that Xarel·lo brings, gives body and volume to this wine. Perfect accompanier of more seasoned dishes, meat, roasted and hunting meat; but generally, of all types of meals of the Mediterranean diet. It does not discard the good combination with aperitifs and entrées, due to the freshness in mouth that confers the brushstroke of Chardonnay of its blending.

Reserva MM 2000 Coupage: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Elaboration and ageing: In two phases: the Chardonnay was harvested in the first week of September and the Pinot Noir during the last week of that same month. Serving temperature: From 4º to 6ºC. We recommend a tall glass. Enjoying time: Ideal to accompany shellfish, oysters and fish. Taste this cava with roast meat and you will not be deceived.

Tasting Report: Sight: Amber colour with golden reflections. Its long crianza and the manual stirring give us some lines of fine and persistent bubbles, which burst when they get to the surface, forming a thin foam layer. Nose: Fragrant, with a delicate violet aroma. The fruit appears, cherry and apple. Some smoke and toast notes round this singular aromatic union. The complexity of aromas suggests an encouraging future. Mouth: Elegance in the mouth is guaranteed. A real Brut, very dry, for people who like aggressive cavas.

From the aperitif to the dessert and even on its own. Note: In all our Reservas, the second fermentation has been done with cork and "grapa" as it was done 150 years ago.
