3. New Installation Procedure

3.1 Boot with the Win8.1 USB flash drive

Press F12 for the boot screen and select the USB device.

3.2 Task Sequence Wizard

On the first screen select Next.

3.3 Select “Sanlam Group Windows 8.1 Update 1” and click Next to start building

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:

4.5 The Installation of Windows 8.1 Update 1 will take several hours to install. It also

depends on what Software is linked to the users profile on SPS. After the installation

you will be greeted with the New Windows 8.1 logon screen.
