The Opportunity ‐ Strong Communities Build Strong Hospitals 

 At The Scarborough Hospital, we believe in outstanding healthcare, community spirit, and outreach. We are launching a community Loyalty Program to bring businesses that support The Scarborough Hospital together with individual supporters in our community.  The Community Loyalty Program is an opportunity for businesses to attract and retain customers and signal their support for Scarborough healthcare. Businesses who wish to participate in the program will have the opportunity to purchase one of the following sponsorships:  Community Leader ‐ $1,000 Community Leader sponsors will receive: 

Corporate logo prominently displayed on the I Support My Scarborough Hospital webpage and app 

A section of the webpage will be designated to the business to promote sales and promotions to hospital supporters. 

Sponsors can change promotional window weekly (additional changes can be purchased)  Link to corporate website  Will receive “I Support My Scarborough Hospital” poster for display in their business.  Announced as “I Support My Scarborough Hospital” partner in annual donor mailing  Business receipt  

Community Spirit ‐ $500 Community Leader sponsors will receive: 

Corporate logo displayed on the I Support My Scarborough Hospital webpage and app  A section of the webpage will be designated to the business to promote sales and 

promotions to hospital supporters.  Sponsors can change promotional window monthly (additional changes can be purchased)  Will receive “I Support My Scarborough Hospital” poster for display in their business.  Announced as “I Support My Scarborough Hospital” partner in annual donor mailing  Business receipt  

Community Supporter ‐ $250 Community Supporter sponsors will receive: 

Corporate name listed on the I Support My Scarborough Hospital webpage and app  A section of the webpage will be designated to the business to promote sales and 

promotions to hospital supporters.  Sponsors can change promotional window quarterly (additional changes can be purchased)  Will receive an “I Support My Scarborough Hospital” poster for display in their business.  Announced as “I Support My Scarborough Hospital” partner in annual donor mailing  Business receipt 

 Sponsors will receive recognition on our website and have access to promote their businesses through the exclusive Donor Loyalty Program app to over 20,000 individuals, including 700 hospital  physicians and 3000 employees.

We can use a template  visual to display your special offer (top example) or use any image provided by your business (bottom example)

Once you’ve signed up as a sponsor, your special offer will be displayed on The Scarborough Hospital website and our Community Loyalty Program app. 

Show your Pride!  Don’t forget to post the Community Loyalty Program poster in your establishment to attract and retain more customers & demonstrate a commitment to our community’s healthcare needs! 

Who can see your offer?  The Community Loyalty Program has 20,000 supporters who have been automatically enrolled to start saving on discounts all over the GTA. Those enrolled in the program will receive a key tag or, alternatively, a unique password to the Community Loyalty Program app that has an electronic key tag, which will identify them as  supporter of The Scarborough Hospital.
