‐Photo requirements have been in EB since 2015‐Unacceptable that photos are still an issue‐As of February 2018, wording revised on photo
requirements‐Encourage those that have not understood
requirements within the past 4 years to reach out to us immediately
‐We will be rejecting for bad photos

Split as necessary – Update limits of station as requested where prudent, others were saved as 9XXX stations as it was determined not to matter whether the count was placed at either location.
THE AFTERMATH
• Contact MPO with fixes• Receive word back from MPO on contractor’s response
• Process any additional counts where problems remedied
• Sent data to MPO as CSV’s and PDF Reports

MOVING FORWARD• Count stations under our contract
• Ensure data collection to our standards• Receive package in expected format• Contact contractor directly for fixes• Easier to track in tracking system• Might be easier for some MPOs if we pay since its coming our of same federal fund

• Having worked these in after, some wound up challenging• Already scheduled• Choose how to create a supplemental list, but still maintain our item numbers
CONCLUSION
• Plan for MPOs to be able to add what they need in the future
• Instead of receive counts afterward we would like to distribute our schedule and have counts added as needed
