1.Start an online buzz on social media with a use of visuals getting people excited for the event and engaging 2. Before the event prepare promotional visuals for your emails, newsletters or invitations to capture your audience’s interest 3. On the day tweet live the mindmaps from talks with your hashtag so that people can engage online with you too and share the stories across the board. 4.Show visual mindmaps on screens coming to live during the event or breaks for everyone to see (speakers usually very much love to see their talks presented visually) or live as we go e.g. on side screens so people don’t lose their focus from the main stage. 5.Print the mindmaps after the event and send out to all or some of your audience as a thank you / reminder of the event 6. Create online content using mindmaps (e.g. each week/month new part of piece, new talk shared) on your social media and blog 7. Print the maps for each of the speaker. They also like to share them, more sharing more exposure & awareness of you. Win win. 8. Print out souvenirs with some of the visuals (before or after the event) e.g. mugs, t-shirts, bags, pens, notebooks etc. 9. Run a competition before the event, during the day, or after to engage, share, have fun and get excited for price. We are happy to e.g. produce a visual business roadmap for the winner.

Put a large foamex board with drawn title of the event or few with main themes of the event, all speakers drawn (or people you'd like on the map), few inspirational quotes, e.g. free space for your guests to fill it in too as they walk in, enjoy their breaks. Great way to get people start to think creatively, amazing background for photographs, conversation starter, engagement tool. Can be photographed in the end and also sent across to all your audience through online tools. We can design it, send you a file to print and voila! 11. Planning awards ceremony or a competition?The price could be a visual representation of the winner’s business, personal moodboard etc 12. Design funky name tags with visuals connected with the themes of the 3 days (style depending on you). Guestes could use one of e.g. 3 depending which one they like most. 13. Planning any breakout sessions? Design a large pre done foamex board table, roadmap or plan for the groups to fill in as they discuss in breakout sessions with e.g. sticky notes or markers 14. Design funky t-shirts, bags or something even more unique for the event with your logo drawn / visuals / text they can find on the door.
