Why choose ENGMAR:Your welding fume specialist since 1993
Comprehensive competence from extraction to filtering
• Our integrated engineering office ensures engineering, R&D and project management• In cooperation with our local retail partners, we enable on-site demonstration and testing of our products • Our retail partners take over the organisation of service and maintenance. Depending on the needs, reparation
is executed by our partner or the repair department of ENGMAR• Our products are exclusively developed and manufactured in France
Recognised expertise
• Analysis and evaluation of existing installations• Optimisation proposals for existing installations• Throughput measurement
Full compliance with legal regulations
• Installation of the new extraction system and provision of the relative documentation• Advice on welding fumes hazards and employee protection requirements • User and maintenance training for the installed extraction system of ENGMAR• Maintenance contracts with periodic service intervals
Welding is only the start: our expertise is available to a wide rangeof other industries with hazardous emission extraction and treatment issues:
FOOD PROCESSING COMPOSITE MATERIAL WORKING WOODWORK
MADE IN FRANCE
Turnkey solutions for the extraction of welding and cutting fumesEfficient manufacturing –without compromising safety.
Swing arms and jib cranesSwing arms and jib cranes of ENGMAR increase usability for all types of work stations. They help to limit the weighting of the welding torch by putting them into a hanging position.
Stand-alone extraction unitsStand-alone units provide extraction of welding fumes for extraction welding torches or slit nozzles.
TREATMENT OF POLLUTANTS
Extraction fan unitsFor direct evacuation
DuctworksDimensioning
Speed calculationCalculation of friction losses
Cartridge filter For the filtering of the air to be
evacuated
EXTRACTION OF POLLUTANTSMANUAL WELDING ROBOTIC AND AUTOMATIC WELDING
ERGONOMICS OF WORK STATIONS
Central extraction unitsCentral extraction units allow the treatment of air pollutants for entire manufacturing plants using extraction torches, slit nozzles or workstation cleaners.
MIG/MAG extraction welding torches
The integration of the capture facility into the welding torch offers the best possible protection for operators and co-workers without affecting productivity.
Extraction tablesExtraction tables for welding and cutting: For an integration with
existing ductworks or autonomous tables.
Slit nozzles for MIG/MAG,
TIG, and MMA welds
With its integrated engineering office ENGMAR stands for high-quality products developed and manufactured exclusively in France.
The ongoing improvement of health and safety regulations lead to the practical question: How to comply with current health regulations while staying competitive?
Whatever welding methods are used (manual, automatic, robotic) and whatever the industrial constraints, ENGMAR provides solutions that meet the individual customer demands enabling both: best production performance and worker protection.
ENGMAR develops extraction systems for welding and cutting fumes since 1993. Its full range of solutions right from the point of emission to the evacuation ensures compliance with fume treatment standards.
Engmar is specialised in ventilation systems which removes fume at source. This local exhaust ventilation is the method of fume control recommended by national and international legislative bodies. Extracting the fume at source protects not only the welder, but also other workers, by preventing the fume from entering the general workshop atmosphere.
Extraction of welding fumes from robotic welding cellsBy using laminar flow for welding fume extraction from welding robots, loading zones above the cell can be
kept clear – even for large and bulky components.
Embarked or fixed extractor hoods for robot cells allow fume extraction as close as possible to the
point of emission.
3D modelling of the installations allows simulation and perfect adaptation of the solution.
