He joined the firm in 1976 and became a partner in 1980, spending the last 30 years working with families and businesses to assist in meeting their financial and retirement goals. Les holds a Series 7 & Series 63 licensure and is currently licensed in 18 states1, focusing most of his business since 2008 on advisory managed practice. Rickie G. Walters, Vice President / Partner Rick has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry and is co-owner and partner of Dietz, Futrell, and Walters Insurance Inc. and River Cities Financial Services Ltd. He is licensed or registered for life, health, annuities, investments, securities, and property & casualty insurance products in three states2. He is also certified for banking products and has earned his LUTCF designation from the American College. Rick has worked with more than 100 employers in Ohio and West Virginia on employee benefits and is ready to serve you today.

Michael Anthony, Partner / Investment Advisor Representative Michael is a fully licensed financial advisor in eight states3 with Series 7 and Series 66 registrations along with his life, health, and long-term care and annuities license. Following his graduation from Marietta College, Michael began his career working in the 401k and benefits arena, and in 2009 purchased the investment division of a local bank. In 2014, Michael joined the Dietz, Futrell and Walters Insurance Inc. and River Cities Financial Services Ltd as co-owner and partner. Michael works with individuals, families and businesses to provide advice with retirement planning, college funding, asset accumulation and distribution planning.

Dustin Becker, Vice President / Agent With more than 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, Dustin focuses on commercial insurance and has earned a CIC designation (Certified Insurance Counselor). Following his service in the United States Army, Dustin graduated from Ohio University in 2001 and worked for a local agency before joining Dietz, Futrell & Walters Insurance in 2015 to manage their property and casualty division. As an insurance professional with a commercial focus Dustin works with local businesses to ensure they have the coverage needed to protect every type of asset.

Mishelle Shaffer, Personal Lines Manager / Agent Mishelle has been a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance professional since 1995 and has been an active Producer/Manager for personal lines, farm, specialty lines and small commercial insurance for over 20 years with a local agency. In 2015, she joined Dietz Futrell and Walters Insurance Inc. as Personal Lines Manager.
