Housekeeping Inspection HEROs (Housekeeping Efficiencies, Reporting and Operations)

Newman-Dailey’s in-house Quality Control Inspectors are on staff and work closely with our rental property man-agers to know your property as if it were their own. The team is led by Housekeeping Manager Eddie Gray who has been with Newman-Dailey more than 13 years. He is an active member of the Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) and serves on their advisory panel. He trains every Quality Control Inspector to ensure VRHP standards for cleanliness are met and exceeded.

Damage ProtectionOwners are sometimes hesitant about placing their beach home on a rental program due to concerns about damage. At Newman-Dailey, we begin by focusing our efforts on quality renters and screen each reservation to ensure rent-ers are 25 years of age or older. In addition, we personally welcome our guests and review property rules. If damage does occur, Newman-Dailey covers up to $1,500 in guest damage per occurrence, giving our owners the peace of mind that we’re invested in helping protect and repair damaged items.

Systematic Property Inspections Once your rental is on our program, your rental property manager will be routinely inspecting your property for

wear, and suggesting preventive maintenance or upgrades that will extend the life and value of your property.

Preventive Maintenance Plan and Trouble ShootingThe team at Newman-Dailey are adept at trouble shoot-ing issues, including WiFi, television/ cable issues and appliance failures that may be corrected before calling a repairman. In addition, Newman-Dailey offers a Preventative Maintenance Plan. The plan gives owners the peace of mind that minor issues will not become big ones. The plan includes general maintenance such as tightening screws, changing light bulbs and A/C filters and minor repairs. If larger repairs are needed, we will coordinate with professional contractors and oversee the job to ensure the work is done to the highest standard. Due to our long-standing relationships, we use the most respected vendors in the area and are able to negotiate preferred rates as well as receive priority service (a great benefit during busy summer months).

Exceptional Laundry DepartmentSpotless linens and towels are crucial to the guest ex-perience. Led by long-time Newman-Dailey employee, Sun Smothers, the laundry division is one of Newman-Dailey’s many assets. Sun and her team launder 677,341 lbs. of linens and towels annually, saving our owner’s money and helping to achieve 98% guest satisfaction.

Superior HousekeepingStewardship is paramount: We strive for a superior standard of cleanliness and maintenance—our guests expect it and your investment deserves it. Our full-time Quality Control Inspectors ensure that your vacation home or condominium is kept in top condition inside and out. They oversee a loyal and dedicated team of cleaning professionals and perform a rigorous 65-point inspection on every unit after each stay.
