Fax Number Management

RightFax EFM includes new functionality to allow the management of an organizations many Fax Numbers Admins can import a list of Fax Numbers that can be viewed in EFM RightFax will create a pool of unused fax numbers Users can be assigned an available fax number from the available pool

Fax number will be returned to the pool automatically upon user deletion RightFax can internally route fax calls to numbers in the pool to avoid charges Admins can restrict fax number assignment by group


Service Management

RightFax 10.6 Feature Pack 3 will allow administrators to have greater control over their RightFax services. Restart a service Restart all services Set up an un-configured service Copy settings to other nodes
