WHAT YOU CAN RECYCLE AND WHERE NORTH CAMPUS All types of cardboard can be recycled, please flatten boxes. Please wash out glass bottles, jars etc. (Broken glass should be put in general waste). Paper magazines, brochures, newspapers and brown envelopes. All waste electronic equipment can be taken to your Porters’ Lodge and placed in the green bin with a pink label. Please place these in the same bin as tins and cans (Please don’t recycle any other types of plastic in these bins). Please take your old mobile to GreenLancaster or your Porters’ Lodge, and post it for free in the envelopes provided. High grade office white paper only. Please wash out drink and food cans and place in the same bin as plastic bottles. Old printer cartridges can be taken to your Porters’ Lodge and place in the relevant box. Contact your College and Residence Officer if you would like a recycling bin for your kitchen. Take care when emptying recycle bins – get a friend to help.
