Company performanceWhat we can communicate (if asked):Company performance is designed to better assess an agency’s quality by using spend-based metrics as proxies for advertiser success. Agencies that have a thriving customer base as measured along these performance dimensions are considered able to provide services that will make advertisers successful.
The four spend-based metrics that make up company performance are:
Client revenue growthHow an agency’s clients’
revenues have grown over a period of time.*
Client Retention
How an agency’s client retention changes over a period of time.*
Overall revenue growth
How an agency’s revenues have grown over a period of time.*
Growth in number of advertisers
How an agency’s advertiser portfolio has grown over a
period of time.*
