European Fitness Day Overview:

We aim to make European Fitness Day the most active day in the year. It will be a day to celebrate physical activity. This is the first year the European Fitness Day is being organised and ISCA is asking its members, partners, friends, stakeholders, and the public to engage in organising the “most active day in Europe” and to make it happen on 15 September 2016. The methodology of European Fitness Day is based on the National Fitness Day in the UK, which has been delivered by ukactive since 2014. In 2015 the UK National Fitness Day engaged several people in 12,000 events, challenges and classes, with a national media reach of more than 30 million.
