The definition I like is that nurture marketing involves simply reaching out to people on a regular basis, touching them, feeding them the information they need about your business, educating them, making them feel good about your business, and building a stronger relationship with them. This is something every business in the world needs to do. And the way we do it, you are able to create a system so these touches happen regularly and consistently, almost automatically. Someone else does the work for you, and it is easily affordable. Nurture marketing is not new. You’ll hear it called customer relationship marketing, drip marketing, lead nurturing, and a lot of other names. What’s new is the way we do it.
