  • 19. Lets say you are applying for 100 jobs & sending out 100 resumes. For the purpose of demonstration, lets say 100 resumes were sent to one company. Content copyright 2013. Executive Careercoaching. All rights reserved.
  • 20. Those 100 resumes go into an applicant tracking system that immediately screens out 50% of them based on keywords & other criteria not necessarily spelled out in the job spec. Content copyright 2013. Executive Careercoaching. All rights reserved.
