Winners are chosen in individual categories, and an overall “Pick of the Parade” home is selected. This information will help you select the home that best meets your needs. These homes are all built by the areas leading builders in the most desirable new home communities. Enjoy!

EFFECTIVE DESIGN

SITING – Street appeal, did builder take advantage of the lot's positive attributes, views from inside the house. ENTRY – Good first impression, invites you in. TRAFFIC FLOW – Bedroom privacy, walkways that don't interrupt living space, access to outdoors, efficient use of space. BEDROOMS – accommodation of two furniture arrangements. KITCHEN – Design, work triangle, layout, size, location within plan.
