Walk for Nepal Organizing Model

Nepal ko Yuwa (NKY)

NKY creates an organizing framework (legal, administrative, web and accounting) and mobilizes local leadership teams

Local Leadership Teams (e.g. DC, Dallas, NYC, Boston)

Local Leadership team organizes the local walk and mobilizes NGOs (US-based or Nepal-based) to participate in the walk

NGOs

NGOs mobilize walkers to support their causes and share their major learning with each other

Walkers

Walkers mobilize their friends, family, colleagues and their networks to sponsor their walk and to also join the Walk.
