The Company The Project • To utilise your exceptional experience and leadership expertise. • To display commercial awareness throughout the development lifecycle. • To define your career by being accountable in front of a global audience. • Significant experience in large scale projects. • Lead, manage and develop the Project team to deliver best practice and achieve business objectives. • 10+ years experiences of working in retail construction or other complex constructions with ongoing concern, ideally gained in the UK. • MCIOB / RICS / MRICS / BSc/ MCIE or equivalent would be preferable. • Ideally some commercial experience within a national / regional UK contracting organisation.
