SPeCial noteS

Scope of pool:A total of 6,25 % is being paid in addition to the first partners that reach the different Founder levels.

Calculation basis:20.000 clubs with 100 mio. PV = 10 Bln. € net in PV. Payout: 90 € gros per PV.

revenue sharing:On all sales. Bonuses can vary according to course of sales and size of team. Bonuses presented are incl. of legal VAT.

total qualification period:After starting, every WellStar partner has a fixed period of time in which to qualify for his or her own Founder level. From start 1 year – to CA, from start 2 years – for DCA to RCA. At the end of the total qualification period, or once the maximum number of founder positions available has been reached, you are no longer eligible to qualify for the Founder Pool. Only the “Found-ers” who have qualified until then are entitled to earn their share.

Personal qualification and re-qualification:During the entire qualification period, qualification into the Founder Pool takes place until IVP > over 3 subsequent months, from AmBA - RCA > over 6 subsequent months and for GRCA > over 12 subsequent months. To be eligible for bonuses in the Founder Pool a yearly re-qualification is required.

determination of „toP 10“:According to the number of new lines with at least 100 PV and according to turnover in the new lines.

50%-rule for qualification turnover:A maximum of 50% of the required qualification turnover may come from your strongest line, thus at least 50% must come from your remaining lines, plus your own sales (PGV).

Qualification go Founder! Club:You achieve the turnover required for the corresponding Founder level in one month. As a reward, you will be included into the exclusive „Go Founder! Club“ and receive your personal „Go Founder!“ pin. You are being honoured live on stage on the WellStar Europe Convention.
