Wellbeing for young practitioners:Dealing with vicarious trauma
The Supreme and County Courts of Victoria invite you to attend the latest joint seminar on practitioner wellbeing. An experienced psychologist will explain why vicarious trauma is an issue for the legal profession and a senior legal practitioner will discuss the landmark case of YZ v The Age Co Ltd [2018] VCC 148 (on appeal).
A panel of judicial officers and legal practitioners will then share their experiences and provide practical advice on how to recognise and deal with vicarious trauma.
