•  Appraisers  must  determine  and  specifically  describe  the  stage  of  construc1on    

•  Check  the  appropriate  box:  •  Proposed  •  Under  Construc1on  •  Exis1ng    

•  Concrete  poured  is  the  determining  factor.  Once  the  concrete  is  poured,  it  is  considered  under  construc1on,  instead  of  proposed.
