Health Protection & Promotion Session TNS believes in employees' awareness about health and safety. That's the main reason; TNS organize time to time sessions for

their employees in order to provide training.

Health & Safety Session: Workplace health and wellness programs should be a part of the overall company strategy for a healthy workplace.TNS has taken

a drive to ensure 100% employees should follow H&S practices; for which we are conducted the awareness session all across the

India in 2014-15

Fire Mock Drill: The Exercise and awareness session of Fire Mock Drill has made real impact in increasing awareness level of Staff, Workers and

others. The Mock drill session aimed at equipping them in handling fire and natural calamities.

Yoga Session: Yoga is a stress buster; it helps to employees to release stress and help them to focus on their work. In same context, TNS has

taken an initiative to organize Yoga Session in HO premises; and employees has actively participated in it.

Corporate Social Responsibility (SAVE PAPER, SAVE TREE & SAVE EARTH)TNS believes in ecofriendly environment, that's why TNS takes initiative and tie up with Hindustan Times to start recycling of rough

and used paper. Through waste paper recycling companies will get a Green/ eco- friendly image for their contribution for

environment & society. -

TNS helps to come under “Green Umbrella” for the init iat ive of saving trees & environment through waste papers

recycling.

“If you could just recycle one paper, you could save thousands of trees and tones of Carbon in a year.”

Motivational Session:The objective behind motivational session is to generate healthy relationship between inter and intra-departmental employees. The

employees are the building blocks of an organization. Organizational success depends on the collective efforts of the employees.

The employees will collectively contribute to organizational growth when they are motivated.

been celebrated with much zeal and enthusiasm by the employees of TNS.

Diwali FestivalDiwali is the festival of lights which reminds us of the festive season of joy, splendor, enthusiasm and happiness. Every year we

celebrate diwali festival with all employees along with their families; and our team member organize different activities i.e. dance

competition, tambola, etc and have fun together.

We are celebrating Women's day every year. On this day we will “Celebrate, Commit, and Connect. We hold quarterly meetings

where members share best practices and learn from each other's experiences.
