Accordingly, there are few contractual HR under National Urban Health Mission (NUHM) who have been eligible to get Loyalty Bonus for FY 2018-19. 2. Remuneration as on 1-Apr-2018 5% increment had already been intimated [mentioned at Column G in Annexure A] vide order no. HFW-27038/103/2018-NHM SEC-Dept.of H&FW/5303 dated 12.10.2018. Now the revised remuneration as on 1-Apr-2018 has been calculated after giving additional 10%Loyalty Bonus [mentioned at Column H in Annexure A]. 3. In this context, remuneration of the aforesaid contractual HR has been revised with arrear amount w.e.f. 01.04.2018. 4. The revised remuneration including increment as admissible for the individual employee under the programme is as per the list annexed and duly endorsed and signed by the State Nodal Officer, NUHM. 5. Any excessor less drawal in connection to the revised remuneration according to this order will be adjusted after getting official feedback from the DH&FW5s. 6.
