Arrival Time: You are requested to arrive 15min before your appointment. Your late arrival will for an appointment will not result in an extension of your treatment duration.

Cancellation Policy: You are advised that 50% of the treatment cost will be incurred if less than 4 hours notice is given for appointment cancellation.

Rights of Admission Reserved: R3 reserves the right to decline, administer and/or discontinue any treatment. The management also reserves the right of admission to the spa.

Children: Children under 15 yrs are not allowed in the Spa.

Health Conditions: Please advise us of any medical conditions & injuries while scheduling your appointment Guests with high blood pressure, heart condition, or other medical complications should consult their doctor before making an appointment

for spa treatments. Ladies who are pregnant should consult their doctor before making an appointment for spa treatments.
