• Respond Quickly – Ensure calls and electronic submissions are
addressed expeditiously • Build Local Knowledge
– Build capacity to address questions locally
NCDPI Support Center
• You can email your questions about Home Base(the system, implementation or training)
• Questions will be logged into Remedy for assistance • Support Center personnel provide the answer,
research or assign to the appropriate areafor resolution
• Incidents are categorized for statisticalreporting to aid in identifying problem areasas well as providing a knowledge base
