This Morning during our worship service we will commemorate Jesus’ death and resurrection as we celebrate the Lord’s Supper. We invite children and adults, all who have professed Jesus as their Lord and Savior to join us in communion. The second offering is the Benevolence offering. It is a thank offering for the Benevolent Fund. The deacons use this fund to help those in need who are a part of this body and from the community.

Nominees for Elders and Deacons: Dean Anderson and Robert South have been nominated for the office of Elder, and Iris Muia and Barbara Schaeffer have been nominated for the office of Deacon. If you have a biblical reason why any of these should not be considered for these positions, please speak with an elder.

Save the Date: The annual Congregational Meeting will be Sunday, May 21st following the morning worship service.

The Board of Northwest Hispanic Ministry invites you to a free dinner and a time to rejoice as Joe Strong shares how God is changing lives and building His kingdom here in Western Washington. Banquet locations and times are Friday, April 28th at 6:00 p.m. First Christian Reformed Church, 701 W. Blackburn Rd., Mt. Vernon and Saturday, April 29th at 5:30 p.m. at Third Christian Reformed Church in Lynden. If you cannot attend and would like to donate to this ministry, checks can be sent to NWHM, c/o MV First CRC (see address above.)

From the deacons: Did you know that you can submit your Faith Community Fellowship donations electronically using PayPal or a debit or credit card? Choose a one-time donation, or get on a regular schedule of giving. Go to our website, faithcommunityfellowship.org, and click on “give.” Thank you for your faithful giving! Over 50's group: Save the date: FRIDAY, MAY 12TH @ 7 PM! Dessert Theater in Alger: You Can't Take It with You! Cost: $14 adults, $12 seniors. RSVP needed by April 26th. Talk to or email Joanne Lagerwey.

A Warm Welcome to all who are worshipping with us today. If you are a visitor or new to our church, please fill out a visitor’s card located on the table in the entryway. A nursery is provided for infants and toddlers through age 3, located in the hallway of the entryway. Children’s Bulletins are available on the table by the door in the entry way for the younger children. Prayer Requests: Inserts are in the bulletin for prayer requests. If you have a request, please fill the insert out and place it in the offering basket when it comes around or the prayer box in the back of the sanctuary. Requests are prayed for on Tuesday and also printed in the bulletin unless they are marked confidential. Children and Worship is a worship time for children ages 3 through kindergarten that occurs during the worship service. Watch for the yellow banner during the service!
