Minister: I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go into the house of the Lord!” Our feet have

been standing within your gates, O Jerusalem! (Psalm 122:1-2)

Minister: For the sake of the house of the Lord our God; I will seek your good. (Psalm 122:9)

People: They are planted in the house of the Lord; they flourish in the courts of our God.

Minister: O Lord, I love the habitation of your house, and the place where your glory dwells.

People: But the Lord is in His holy temple; let all the earth keep silence before him. (Habakkuk 2:20)

Minister: Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight,

O Lord, my Rock, and my Redeemer. (Psalm 19:14)

The Responsive Scripture (Continued) ……………………………………………………...………Colossians 1:11-18 People: 14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.

Minister: 15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation;

People: 16 for in him all things in heaven and on earth were created, things visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or powers--all things have been created through him and for him.

Minister: 17 He himself is before all things, and in him all things hold together.

ALL: 18 He is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that he might come to have first place in everything.

The Preface to the Decalogue………………………………………………………….…..“From All That Dwell”

From all that dwell below the skies, let the Creator’s praise arise; let the Redeemer’s name be sung, through every land by every tongue.

The Summary of the Decalogue

And Jesus said to him, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is

the great and first commandment. And the second is like it, you shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments

depend all the law and the prophets.
