Computer Guidelines • Computer Care Use the computer on a flat hare surface like a table. Do not block cooling vents. The

computer will overheat For better performance keep the charger plugged into the computer. Computer settings slow

the performance slightly when running the battery to extend the battery life. Do not install additional programs that you want to have. Your school computer is for your

school work. Install requested updates as needed. Try not to download additional programs during the

update. Frequently when downloading needed updates you will be asked if you want to download additional programs. Please select no.

If you have any problems at all bring your computer in and it will be replaced with a newly updated computer. A nonworking computer is not an excuse to not do your school work.

Computer Guidelines • You are not responsible for: Natural wear and tear Software problems Computer stops working properly Battery will not charge Hardware Problems You are responsible for: Vandalism and accidental damage. If you accidently spill a drink on/in your computer you are

responsible for the damage that causes. Computer screens are broken by accident are your responsibility. We will fix them and you will be charged for the repairs.

Computer loss of theft. If your computer is stolen please file a police report. It is highly suggested that you cover your computer with an existing insurance policy.
