REMEMBER:

To avoid all pain medication 48hrs prior to your doctors appointment e.g.

anti-inflammatories, Myprodol, Nurofen etc.

To notify doctor if on any antibiotics or other medication to treat an existing condition

To stop taking vitamins or muscle building/restoring products within 24 hours of

medical assessment

That working out excessively in the gym, could result in protein in the urine
